I would like to experience 5-MeO-DMT in a clinical, therapeutic setting in the PNW. Is this possible.

You have to understand and give respect to the pioneers that have taken this leap, snd have the bravery to get this information to you, without the aid of a clinical setting. If you are worried about those elements, I would suggest nit starting with 5, as it is the most powerful tool known.
      Best of luck, soul.

ive never done it but i have watched so many videos on it. it all depends on your outlook right? and this goes for everything in this life. you are not your thoughts or your experiences. from the videos i have watched, everyone says they experience pure bliss. it also depends on your brain chemistry.

@@MakeDemocracyMagnificientAgain You hesitated. If you're not prepared to die then you will either hate the trip (if you don't take enough) or you will have a very hard, and even more enlightening, process of accepting your mortality.

There are no sets of equations that we know of that can, in any way, predict your experience with these molecules. But there are things we can do to help and it is known that set and setting are highly important.
For starters, be confident that WHAT you are taking IS what you think you are taking. You can look into Erlich reagents and the like to help with this aspect. Ignorance is not the path to enlightenment.
Secondly, you want to research what you are about to take. What it does to the brain/body, how it's been used in the past/present, and any potential risks it may pose. Note that if you well-informed and are of relatively good health than the risks of DMT use may be rather negligible.
Now for the Set and Setting.
Set: Your mindset. Your reason for respecting these molecules and your levels of trust and fear that go with them. It is unlikely that we will ever go into a trip with zero hesitation. There will always be a slight fear. Like having a chile, one is never "ready" but can do well to be prepared.
Setting: Your physical and social surroundings. It's highly recommended to be somewhere in which you are comfortable. Be that a familiar location or somewhere safe in nature. And surround yourself with people you trust. People who know, to a degree, what you will be experiencing.
The final step is to truly believe that no matter what happens on your journey. No matter who, what, or when you experience - you will come back. The trip will end, and you will again be embraced with the love of those around you. And know that death is not stronger than love. It's merely the reason we have the opportunity to experience love in the first place. Embrace life by embracing death, for if you die before you die then when you die you will not die.
      Love Is The Motive Forever.

Even though I was born (lol) in a Christian family I grew up to became an Atheist, General Relativity had a huge impact on this.
One fine day 3 Years back I happen to get DMT, I tried it and the only worlds I can is sum it up is that we are literally One Energy. The trip ended in few mints left me crying all I did was just Hug my mom after that.
Like the Authors say thrs only everything and this same everything is also nothing. IT'S WEIRD..

Having never done any hallucinogen sans salvia I find it strikingly odd that no matter what set and setting ayahuasca tears you apart - almost in a stern, spiteful way- akin to ibogaine. Almost like those 'beings' or 'entities' don't want you there. However, reading up on LSD it seems it is more pleasant. I guess cannabis x1000 fold. But I don't for a moment think ayahuasca is the "only" way or for that instance much better than some yogi having a dopamine filled pleasant sat-cit-ananda experience either on his mat or from sensory deprivation tank or any other method. The idea that unless one goes through a sh**-coaster and comes back from pure hell then an experience mussn be "authentic spiritual" experience like ayahuasca is pure poppycrock.

It's a crisis that we're throwing plastic nilly willy in the fucking ocean and fuxking China smoging up their air quality. And destroying the Amazon Forest shouldn't be taken lightly either. Not to mention bleaching rivers with livestock feces. You just live in your house bro. There's a whole earth you sitting on.

Did you all come to these conclusions based on your years of statistical analysis and personal research into the issue, or did you repeat what you heard from someone else? If you did the latter then I'd be careful of using the word crisis. You'll end up wearing it out.

    • @chromakey84

The crisis is how humans behave on a daily basis. You want to see a crisis, look into a mirror.
