Mamamax had claimed that his sister and his sister's friend had direct evidence of Field being a "PDF File" with their testimonies, and the fact that apparently Spencer was ALSO a direct witness indicates that she attended the same school at the same time that Max's sister was there. Also, the fact that Max doesn't seem to introduce Spencer as yet ANOTHER witness against Field makes me suspect that Spencer is in fact "the friend of Max's sister". While it isn't proof that Spencer was childhood friends with Max, I think it DOES prove that they were friendly/acquainted with each other since at least around 2015.

this was a red flag for me as well. tw but i had anorexia a few years ago and i was quite literally always sick to my stomach or incredibly nauseous and my periods were never regular. i was prescribed two anti nausea meds and painkillers for the duration of that year because the lining of my stomach was severely damaged and still years later i suffer adverse trauma to my digestive tract and am still on medication for it. i hate to doubt her for that but it's really just too connected for me to not be hesitant

I'm in law enforcement. I've never heard of "sorry, it's not my jurisdiction" and then no action taken. If it wasn't our jurisdiction, we literally make a report of the initial report and then contact the proper jurisdiction with our initial report. They then contact the reporting party...that's the way it always works. What's more likely is the officer was given information by Spencer that did not constitute a crime or anything. Now 6 or 7 years later she's finally got a story made up...

The sex ed that we’ve all received was extremely vague and we weren’t taught about SA pretty much at all. They essentially just told all of us (me, who was in the system from the early 2000s to 2017 and my cousins who are just entering high school) to not have sex at all and we’d not have “issues”. They still separate boys and girls to tell girls about menstruating because “boys don’t need to know that”. I had to get a lot of my knowledge on how things work from the internet and medical journals. It’s really unfortunate because we should all be taught these things.
And why doesn't Max understand that just because you report something, it doesn't mean the cops are going to report back every move they make while investigating it? Especially if you aren't the direct victim. Both have no idea how the law and justice system works.
I had a case at 18. If you don’t have someone walking you through the process or offering guidance, it’s easy to miss important steps or misunderstand what your responsibilities are when opening a case. Not excusing Spencer specifically, but I understand people feeling lost and frustrated with the process. With the claims max has made about his achievements, he absolutely should know better.
I don't think she ever had a case to begin with. Every report is handled with a case number and the fact she can't even pull it even though all she has to do is call the district that the report was made says a lot. All she has to do is give her name and reason why she needs it and more than willing they will do a follow up and send you the report either email or paper.
The follow ups give me the feeling she’s lying, she can recall various details and irrelevant information- as if “check for yourself I am not lying “. Every report has a case number, every call is recorded, and usually those can be pulled or requested through the information act, something that journalists use. If you actually find Spencers old missing poster, its not censored and the detective along with his number is available. I havent personally called it because not my business but shes acting like people cant call her on her bullshit. And also how reporting works is if something is outside of someones jurisdiction, they dont hand you to a non profit. Also if something is supposed to go to a federal level, guess what every state has? A federal bureau they can contact. They literally say give me all your information and testimony and i will send it to the federal level because civilians cant really do it themselves. Yes, an officer will send you to a non profit for support and resources but they will never send you to a non profit to report a crime when they are the ones who get the reports from non profits if someone does report to them. None of this makes any god damn sense and the fact that she has a convenient excuse why there is no paper trail or she doesnt have proof of the reports. I also find it interesting that when she spoke to whatever call line to ask for an update they will speak to Max but not her, only to tell him they need to speak to her. If she is living with them, why doesnt he pass her the phone when they ask that? Why does it say on Spencers missing person poster she has an alient tattoo on her chest but every visual i have had of Spencer it looks like she has a trebel clef and a heart with bat wings? The victims need to have a lot at stake professionally and personally to speak. He’s comparing his “cult” with Larry Nassar, who had about 200+ professional (and OLYMPIC) athletes come forward. He had reports against him for years. Testimonies that overlapped, made a timeline, etc. Unrelated people (never spoke to each other) giving extremely similar stories. And at the end of the day, the testimonies did not convict him; he pled guilty. Had, by wild circumstance, those women all been lying, he could have turned around and hit them with a MASSIVE defamation suit. The really important thing to note is that the testimonies LED to him being investigated, and as the investigators put things together they were able to get enough of a legal justification to be able to get a warrant to be able to search through his personal property where evidence was found that corroborated the testimonies. It was through that search warrant that the FBI discovered 37,000 images of child porn on his computer, and even a video recording of Nassar sexually abusing underage girls. When Nassar was arrested on November 22, 2016 it was for multiple "sexual abuse of a minor" state level charges and he pled "Not Guilty". It wasn't until all the child porn was discovered on his computer in December of 2016 and he was arrested again (having been out on bail pending trial for the other charges) that he pled guilty to the child porn charges. Nassar later on pled guilty to the charges of child sexual abuse, but by that point the evidence was overwhelming. But the "overwhelming evidence" WAS NOT THE TESTIMONIES ALONE.

If having a late period a few times in my teens meant I was pregnant, I’d have dozens of kids by now. Feeling a little sick and being late on or even missing a period as a hormonally imbalanced teen doesn’t automatically mean you were pregnant. That whole part of her story made no sense at all.

The FBI have contact that they can use to verify certain information before considering information valid. One of those is determination of how creditable the source providing the information. This includes the sources of communication you provide. So if you give an email and phone their going to check the email and phone

Max knows that several lawyers and court clerks have gotten into severe trouble (including a report to the bar) for using chat GPT, right? It doesn't know about legal definitions, and one of the times its use was caught was due to it citing completely made up cases (as in, Chat GPT made up some random case titles and cited them for prior precedence).

this was a red flag for me as well. tw but i had anorexia a few years ago and i was quite literally always sick to my stomach or incredibly nauseous and my periods were never regular. i was prescribed two anti nausea meds and painkillers for the duration of that year because the lining of my stomach was severely damaged and still years later i suffer adverse trauma to my digestive tract and am still on medication for it. i hate to doubt her for that but it's really just too connected for me to not be hesitant

I'm in law enforcement. I've never heard of "sorry, it's not my jurisdiction" and then no action taken. If it wasn't our jurisdiction, we literally make a report of the initial report and then contact the proper jurisdiction with our initial report. They then contact the reporting party...that's the way it always works. What's more likely is the officer was given information by Spencer that did not constitute a crime or anything. Now 6 or 7 years later she's finally got a story made up...

The sex ed that we’ve all received was extremely vague and we weren’t taught about SA pretty much at all. They essentially just told all of us (me, who was in the system from the early 2000s to 2017 and my cousins who are just entering high school) to not have sex at all and we’d not have “issues”. They still separate boys and girls to tell girls about menstruating because “boys don’t need to know that”.
I had to get a lot of my knowledge on how things work from the internet and medical journals. It’s really unfortunate because we should all be taught these things.

I don't think she ever had a case to begin with. Every report has a case number, every call is recorded, and usually those can be pulled or requested through the information act, something that journalists use. If you actually find Spencers old missing poster, its not censored and the detective along with his number is available. And also how reporting works is if something is outside of someones jurisdiction, they dont hand you to a non profit. Also if something is supposed to go to a federal level, guess what every state has? A federal bureau they can contact. They literally say give me all your information and testimony and i will send it to the federal level because civilians cant really do it themselves. Yes, an officer will send you to a non profit for support and resources but they will never send you to a non profit to report a crime when they are the ones who get the reports from non profits if someone does report to them. He had reports against him for years. Testimonies that overlapped, made a timeline, etc. Unrelated people (never spoke to each other) giving extremely similar stories. And at the end of the day, the testimonies did not convict him; he pled guilty. Had, by wild circumstance, those women all been lying, he could have turned around and hit them with a MASSIVE defamation suit.

The really important thing to note is that the testimonies LED to him being investigated, and as the investigators put things together they were able to get enough of a legal justification to be able to get a warrant to be able to search through his personal property where evidence was found that corroborated the testimonies.
It was through that search warrant that the FBI discovered 37,000 images of child porn on his computer, and even a video recording of Nassar sexually abusing underage girls.
When Nassar was arrested on November 22, 2016 it was for multiple "sexual abuse of a minor" state level charges and he pled "Not Guilty". It wasn't until all the child porn was discovered on his computer in December of 2016 and he was arrested again (having been out on bail pending trial for the other charges) that he pled guilty to the child porn charges.
Nassar later on pled guilty to the charges of child sexual abuse, but by that point the evidence was overwhelming. But the "overwhelming evidence" WAS NOT THE TESTIMONIES ALONE.

So Spencer could have some charges against her since she allegedly recruited other children and she knew about other crimes which she didn't report it. So it was in her greatest interest to report it right away, when it was still fresh in their mind and all the people were right there. Now, even if people would believe her, the evidence of her abuse is scarce and lost, but the evidence of the crimes she knew about is in the record.

I don't think they've actually looked into this case, which is baffling because it's one of the biggest cases of this nature ever cracked.

Unfortunately, the story of this young woman running away from home to live with a boy is the common thread in the majority of missing female teens. Sometimes the boy has bad intentions, but usually he’s just immature. Even if Camdan were a saint, he’s just a high school boy living with his mom and hiding a girl in his room. He wasn’t mentally or financially capable of providing proper food or healthcare.
I hope this young woman gets the help she needs. My advice is for her to take a step back from the public eye and consider various forms of individual and group therapy including the 12-step program for love addiction. If her family of origin included substance misuse or just erratic behavior, I highly recommend a groups called Adult Children of Alcoholics
