@@SDSakuragi nope but it'll likely have the new sensor the XH-2 has and it'll have the dials that we all enjoy hopefully.
If it doesn't work the XT-4 will remain my favorite.

Mechanical switches and dials take up more space than buttons internally, so its necessary to use buttons to make space for more powerful and latest things to fit inside.
plus the camera was focused more on video.
I have the XH-2s and the XT-4, love both cameras and actually appreciate the costom mode dial over the regular Shutterspeed & ISO dial now.
Custom mode dial is better suited for switching video modes, like different frame rates
I finally decided and just ordered X-H2S, instead of X-T5. I have Canon R5 and with my right hand and my eyes on the viewfinder, I use front, rear and rotating dials to adjust shutter, aperture, and ISO. Switching to X-H2S will be easier with same customized buttons.
would you say xh2s has more "cinematic look video" than the xh2 and xt5? Or it's also possible to achieve similar looks on those 2
@@leonardocabrera468 ... all are X-Trans sensors(which I'm just guessing that may give Fujifilm cameras a certain character to their images) so they should be similar, but that stacked sensor on the X-H2s is just awesome to be on an APS-C body!
After getting one and spending time with it, the reason not to recommend is ridiculous. I find the dials and buttons to actually function much better. Guess you just want that retro look. It’s a beast of a camera and this is petty af
It has nothing to do with the look. They’ve made the camera harder to use
@@tobiasgvenus I don’t think Fuji set out to make the camera harder to use. You need to adapt in order to take advantage of the features, admittedly, but if your’e seriously saying that you’ll wait for a model with manual controls, then I’m afraid I can’t take you seriously as a reviewer, and it throws anything else you might say into doubt. Think about your audience and seriously consider upping your game, or perhaps don’t bother wasting our time.
Manual dials is a weird gripe. I would use the custom modes all day for switching video framerates and color profiles
Actually it’s NOT cumbersome it’s faster adjusting your settings than the xt4. This is by fast the best hybrid camera in this price range. Better than even the a7iv which I owned then sold!
Slowly getting used to it but it still has some functions disable while video recording that isn’t ideal.

... I did the exact same thing! IMHO, the A7IV is even behind its full-frame counterparts like the Canon R6Mk2 and Panasonic S5IIX in many categories.
Just get X-T5.. geez complaining your burger isn't enough like a hotdog.
I agree! Why take away those manual settings? At least with GFX they put the MCS dial on the back. Not sure why they removed it completely on their new cameras.
Honestly, I thought the same until I started using a GR III for street photography. One dial, you can still get a very granular level of manual control.
So they can compete with the other camera makers and differentiate their product line.

I’m currently a canon shooter looking for a stacked sensor replacement for the R7 the rolling shutter on that sucks if only Fuji had kept the 3 dials and allow auto iso I’d be there with the Fuji 150-600 no problem but instead now I look like heading over to Olympus for the om-1 and the 300 f4 till I can eventually get the 150-400 f4.5 pro

It would be perfect if it didn’t have that damn side hinged flippy, flappy selfie screen.

How do you find the 40fps. I do sports photography and my hit rate for focused shots are quite poor.
What are your settings when you are shooting sports??? What lenses?
I still like the still photos out of the X-T4 better. 🤷🏻♂️
Why did they do that??..the xh1 was AWSOME. And the body was the best ....it looks like all they did was let rid of 1 dile and move the top lcd from one side to another😮😮😮
The X-H2S is a beast, and the XT-5 doesn't come close if you're a filmmaker. The thing can shoot ProRes internally... That alone is a HUGE win.

I don’t like the standard Fuji camera, the X-H2 and X-S20 are much nicer
It’s why I bought a XT5…..is a better camera I’m sorry it is. It is a better experience sure it has slightly lower video specs but seriously, we cannot tell the difference between 4K and six day when we’re sitting and watching these RUclips clips on a phone we cannot tell the difference and we actually don’t care any more. I think everyone has got too obsessed with video quality and no one is going to make a Hollywood film out of a Fujifilm camera
