It’s not so much the “censorship mob” as referring to insurgents as Al Qaeda is straight up not accurate except for isolated specific instances. The vast majority of the insurgents in places like Fallujah were former Baathists or Sunni groups that never reported to al Qaeda. The US dissolved the 800k strong military and government and provided a wellspring of young men who were more than happy to take up arms against the US military. To suggest otherwise is revisionist bullshit.

Six Days in Fallujah seems very promising, I mean, we don't see many military shooter games set in places like Iraq. It's a refreshing change and the fact that they interviewed veterans from both sides, civilians, historians and senior military officials, going so far as to learn the psychological complexity of the battle proves how much effort they've put into the game.

@@-pROvAKI disagree about the procedural generation point. The entire premise of this game is trying to replicate the feel of a real conflict. One where the U.S. forces did not know the environment at all. You are the outsider, the invader. This is their castle, and you are not welcome in it. To have anything other than procedural architecture would make the game far more bland and uninteresting, because within a few runs, the environment will become familiar, and as a result less hostile. Like seriously. How is a game centered around urban warfare and storming enemy compounds made more interesting when you can know the entire layout of a building before even stepping in the front door?

The tip of the cheveron is where the bullet lands at 100m. The closer you get to a target from there, the lower you have to aim in the reticle to account for height over bore. So because your scope is a few inches over your barrel, you would have to aim at the 4-line or tip of the post at 25m. Aiming over the scope is also a way to account for this height over bore
@@tigerpride736 These people have no idea what they're talking about, I'm sorry. The top of the ACOG is much higher than the front sight A-post is. Drawing a line from the top of the ACOG to the front sight would have a significant downward angle, meaning that lining the two up would put the rifle at a steep upward angle. Your rounds would be hitting way high in real life if you tried to do this at any distance further than CQB distance, and even at CQB distance they would be hitting high.
4:50 he charged into a room and stood there looking at the room in 1 direction for a good few minutes before he even realised that his back was exposed due to a balcony with stairs behind him, for so long lolololololol All this and they were trying to sound tactical lol
What is up with the sight picture. They are using a rifle with an ACOG and tilting the front of the gun up so they can see the front triangle sight. They would be shooting over the targets head.
Yes! It's a small detail to most, but for those who know, it's very annoying. If you aimed your front sight across a street like that, your point of impact would hit the 2nd floor above your target.
Always clear the building before moving. 😅 When you said let's keep going I literally screamed at the TV check upstairs. 😂 Then your teammates said it. Former Marine in me still kicking.
that view of the iron sights over a massive ACOG.... that's a bit ridiculous, it the same level as the rail, like the ACOG disappears, yet you can see the top of it lol but the game looks epic none the less
A buddy of mine that served in Iraq and Afghanistan told me he always loaded his mags a few bullets short so his rifle didn't jam as much. Was a detail I never would have thought to see it in any video game.
Looks pretty cool. The only thing that bothers me is the iron sight aiming OVER the ACOG makes no sense. Looks like there are passthrough holes in the ACOG mount which are for sighting in with irons.
I love what they showed so far but the weapon animations I feel like needs some work. It feels like something out of the late 2000s. Not to mention how some animations like breaching is very scripted where you suddenly loose all control. Something like the kicking in Ready or Not would be nice.
I dont think so... overall battlefield and arma and COD does not have the realism and imersion of this game... and about the animations you said its as good as any other game i mentioned before
Good footage have been greatly looking forward to this game. My small suggestion for the devs would be to add an indoors ear-ringing mechanic from gunfire, but for the sake of gameplay don't make it last too long, maybe on an (x)-Seconds timer so each shot refreshes duration instead of an aggregate extension. For such an awesome game as this looks to be, the lack of an indoor ear-ringing mechanic is to me immediately noticeable and slightly detracts from immersion. Firing a SAW indoors without ear-pro is a highly uncomfortable experience. Side note: in CQB saying "Go" sounds like "No" so therefore the command is "Ready - Move"
I do really like the ultra realistic shooters so this might be one to keep my eyes on. Obviously it could do with some improvements, AI seems rather passive, should be rather dirty in how they fight, like true guerrilla warfare but I like what I see. Could be a really cool game when its finished.
Same here man, I’m a little older than you but it’s crazy that I was a kid when this was announced and now I’m a full blown adult and we’re finally seeing it come to light.
I love the idea of preserving a historic battle through a tactical shooter. This doesn’t look like anything special from a gamer standpoint, but as a war enthusiast I always love to see a developer pay respects to true events. Can be a good way to teach about history as well.

@@gooddoggo3547 Sure thing. But as u can see at 4:59, the fist shots hit the wall were hes aiming, and the shots that killed the guy the iron sights where right on. But I've only seen a few clips of this one so I will play the game for myself and come up with a genuine opinion after. Edited for spelling
They shouldn’t have called it “6 days…” because the game limits itself to just one place. From what I’ve seen from the gameplay it looks really immersive and a group play experience. Apart from this city and the countless missions they could have in it, it would be cool to see other environments (whether it’s deserts, mountains or forests that are randomized as well to portray other missions). And maybe they will add expansion packs to do something like that. In the end I am really, really interested to see the other types of missions that will be included other than these initial 4 missions.
making a game more complex like every level is different and nps generate randomly imo makes games soooo much more fun because it is unpredictable and you dont expect nothing so you gotta be on your toes when clearing buildings and rooms and stuff.
Did anyone else notice the detail they added, whenever your close to your teammates and indoors, your proximity chat will echo throughout the building.
The situations did happen. The special part about this game was that real veterans from the battle were interviewed so the dev team could base missions off of real events
Remember when the US killed over 600 civilians (and only 200 "bad guys" whatever the fuck that means) in this one battle, and then some people thought they should turn it into entertainment in spite of knowing all the horrible awful things the US did over there including opening an open air slave market?
I wish for the objective menu it would’ve been your guy pulling out a physical item to check the objectives to keep you in the game world. But at the very least it isn’t a completely separate thing so that’s good.

4:50 he charged into a room and stood there looking at the room in 1 direction for a good few minutes before he even realised that his back was exposed due to a balcony with stairs behind him, for so long lolololololol
All this and they were trying to sound tactical lol
This is the kind of game ive been looking for.
What is up with the sight picture. They are using a rifle with an ACOG and tilting the front of the gun up so they can see the front triangle sight. They would be shooting over the targets head.
imm losing my mind with the using of the front sight over the acog, that would make you shoot so high
Yes! It's a small detail to most, but for those who know, it's very annoying. If you aimed your front sight across a street like that, your point of impact would hit the 2nd floor above your target.
When you die, they should do a replay of the death from a distant camera angle with the Al Jazeera logo in the top left
This game is a masterpiece
Quick tip that every boot Marine was taught in OIF/ OEF. Fatal front and dominant corner when conducting a dynamic assault on any building.
Always clear the building before moving. 😅 When you said let's keep going I literally screamed at the TV check upstairs. 😂 Then your teammates said it. Former Marine in me still kicking.
So excited for this game to drop and I’m glad it hasn’t been canceled!
I love that you can NEVER memorize a map. That's interesting and adds a bigger need for awareness, noice
that view of the iron sights over a massive ACOG.... that's a bit ridiculous, it the same level as the rail, like the ACOG disappears, yet you can see the top of it lol but the game looks epic none the less
Looks like there are passthrough holes in the ACOG mount which are for sighting in with irons.
yeah the acog has a pass through if it's mounted on a carry handle, however as here, it's not possible to use the FSP in any way shape or form.
I love what they showed so far but the weapon animations I feel like needs some work. It feels like something out of the late 2000s. Not to mention how some animations like breaching is very scripted where you suddenly loose all control. Something like the kicking in Ready or Not would be nice.
Hopefully ironed out during early access but definitely can be inconvenient with vaulting and such
Ayy bro can’t wait for your videos on this game
Ayy Gordon Freeman
You're genuinely the best FPS reviewer on here. It's not even close.
I do really like the ultra realistic shooters so this might be one to keep my eyes on. Obviously it could do with some improvements, AI seems rather passive, should be rather dirty in how they fight, like true guerrilla warfare but I like what I see. Could be a really cool game when its finished.
Weird to think I wasn't even in school when this game was announced and now I'm probably gonna graduate before it fully releases.
Same here man, I’m a little older than you but it’s crazy that I was a kid when this was announced and now I’m a full blown adult and we’re finally seeing it come to light.
its so weird being born in your time games release when you are babies but still popular when you are grown up
I am more excited in anticipation for this FPS than any other, ever.
this looks nice
I’m so excited for this game. Day it drops myself and several friends are buying it.
Just imagine, in 15 years someone will release a game about invading Ukraine. Anyways I can't wait to try this
6 days in Bahmut
I love the idea of preserving a historic battle through a tactical shooter. This doesn’t look like anything special from a gamer standpoint, but as a war enthusiast I always love to see a developer pay respects to true events. Can be a good way to teach about history as well.
Well, I don't know if you can really "pay respects" to the war in Iraq.
For me it really is the sound that makes it. Just a shame the M16 firing sound is a bit poor.
Dude, the way your team mates voices go from echoy on an empty building back to normal when on the streets. Never heard that one before.
Already refunded it
This reminds me of history almost repeating itself. Old rainbow six games certain ghost recon missions. When it was tactical and difficult.
WTf where are the hit Markers😮
Wtf why the enemy silhouette doesn't glow when you aim at him😮
Why can't I cHuSToMiZe my character to look special and outstanding
😮
We need purchasable emotes asap or the game will flop. Hopefully they add the griddy.
XD
How much is the price of the game?
Probably 60 or 30 dollars
@@tjjames8414 thanks man!
@@johnblackburn7702 He hasn't gave you a price lol he's gave you two numbers that are a mile apart!!!
For me this game will be priced around the competition which is Ready or not and Ground branch.. I'm not sure what those games go for right now but somewhere in the ballpark of there I would think.
60 would be crazy for a early access!
39,99
70.00 dollars At Least
Do you like chicken?
yes
Chicken is amazing
We need more of them. 🤞🙏
The iron sights and scopes are way too close in your face.
Yeah, and how can u even aim with the iron sight like that? The shots must hit way over the target.
@@gooddoggo3547 Sure thing.
But as u can see at 4:59, the fist shots hit the wall were hes aiming, and the shots that killed the guy the iron sights where right on.
I just think that you should have to aim a bit lower, like, 1 or 2 decimeters.
As the acog builds up 7 cm or so, the hight differens should be more. And you cant really adjust the ironsights.
Thx for the name explanation.
@@jesperwicked5115 Not really, I looked through it frame by frame and the shot that drops him was where the iron sight was actually under the guy, the follow up shots make it seem like he was shot when the sight aligned with him.
@@Blancavanas ok Thx. Now when I slowed the video down I also see it, the shots must have been really close to the wall then. But I still think the game should have made it more so that you have to aim lower. It seems odd.
@@jesperwicked5115 Its called point shooting. We're taught to do that for room clearing. Not really meant for anything out past 20 yards but its much faster than trying to use your acog in close quarters.
Looks very cool. Highly detailed. And tons of corners!
This game looks incredibly bad.
For me i love the armor and health realism its what brought me to stalker anomaly because everyone can be one tapped and i hope this game has similar aspects so you dont feel like a one man army but just another number in the field that can be headshot like anyone else npc or otherwise
This is amazing I’m gonna buy it thank you for your video keep it up
I wonder if 20 years from now they'll make a "Six Days In Bakhmut".
Love the way the prox chat echos inside rooms
"Right to left" - Double the communication than you need.
game actually looks great, imo the best aspect of a game in how smooth it is, they can always make the ai harder etc.
This needs to come to consoles!
Man this is looking like FPS Doorkickers and I'm all about that. Also loving the lack of censorship as well and not calling the badguys any generic name
My friend just finished Marine boot camp and I can't wait to introduce this game to him.
Man if you love FPS games check out: Squad, Arma 3, ground branch, and operation harsh doorstop aka OHD (OHD will add vehicles soon)
I suggest if you really love CPB you get Ground Branch or if you wanna get another CQB game that is police based get ready or not it’s similar to 6 days in Fallujah
@@user-999v2 Hell yeah, they are all great games but Six Days in Fallujah is all 100% about the Devil Dogs.
The audio seems really cool!
I’ve been waiting for this game for the longest time. So exited bro
They worked directly with dozens of vets who survived fallujah of course it was going to be good
I can't wait to play this. From what I've seen though, I just wish the weapon reloads and handling was a little more smooth. More Insurgency or Tarkov like. This just seems kinda off to me I don't know how to put it to words
RL is a lot slower and fidgety than most games show.
@tyrnordmann5580 yes i understand that. Im saying they can make it better. Those reload animations are just weak to me. COD is ehh but MW2 nailed gun play and so has Insurgency Sandstorm.
I hope they add a lot of content
making a game more complex like every level is different and nps generate randomly imo makes games soooo much more fun because it is unpredictable and you dont expect nothing so you gotta be on your toes when clearing buildings and rooms and stuff.
Did anyone else notice the detail they added, whenever your close to your teammates and indoors, your proximity chat will echo throughout the building.
This would be intense in VR
thinking a good part of these situations could or have happened makes it feel with way more importance. I hope the game it's as awesome as it looks
The situations did happen. The special part about this game was that real veterans from the battle were interviewed so the dev team could base missions off of real events
You know it’s going to be good when the AI kicks the door in on you non scripted like.
I’m happy about the UI the game play the visuals this game is gonna be the all-around banger. If it even comes out on Consol, I can’t wait.
Definitely one for a tight team, this is going to be the hardest bit of getting into this game. Finding a group of dedicated players that you can join. Excellent video thank you.
Ai teammates
@@JcpancakeNot at (early access) launch.
It would also be really cool to move and secure more than one building. It seems like the matches go really fast from the videos I've seen
I like how they didn't build a huge hype over this game over 10 years of development.
Then all the sudden it's coming out this month!?!?!
Heck yeah!!
Would like to see the sequel be;
"6 months in Bahkmut"
