If it is a non refine extract item, you dont need to refine IF it is Refine Extract, maximum extract is only the maximum refine, you will need to extract a new item if needed to go higher than current refine

does weapon refine affect the stats?
hellpant can get affect from honglyun? is it can trigger meteor storm? and honglyuns need refine or not?
simply extract and activate to get effect, no it does not trigger via hellplant, and no it does not need refine to extract, thank you very much :D

as far as I know only 1 defense extract can be activated at a time, but if comet is equipped inventory + meteorite extract then yes 100%
