Thorns made it harder than they needed too but credit Gotham for good counter attacking and taking advantage of Portland's somewhat diminished intensity in the bulk of that 2nd half. When Dunn eventually finds her spots/chemistry in combination with Sinclair and Horan....good lord, look out. Better team won at the end of this one.

After a while in he second half I started rooting for Gotham just bc Thorns couldn't put them away. Disappointing to see Midge come off.. Last 15 minutes was epic!

Amazed at Gotham's turnaround--they are still more or less the same core team they were when they were absolutely helpless. If I remember correctly, there were problems with the owners/facilities, but Denise Reddy also looked totally lost on the sidelines.

The way these commentators literally have bias towards stars like Carli Lloyd is ridiculous. For one that goal that Portland scored was her fault. And Midge gave a good ball to her a few minutes later. She was just too slow for it. Please miss me with the bs 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️
