  • Sky News host Amanda Stoker says Labor went to the election promising to make aged care “better” with 24/7 nurses, and yet staffing shortages and “ineffective workarounds” have rendered this promise broken.

    It is tragic when the elderly have to rely for their needs, on the assistance of people who don't speak their language.
    During Covid, there were age care workers who had to work in more than one nursing home because they couldn't get full time jobs.

      Mother Terese Nurses speak Bengali one of the 13 official languages in INDIA,But they are trained to speak the language of death and dying in somebodies arms. Man or woman on the streets of Calcutta is a refugee with no family or home. When death visits the these nurses hold the heads of the dying in their bosom.

      You are so right. My wife is involved with aged care, and she said finding people is difficult.
      Another issue is the elderly come from a different time with different ideas. The little old lady that needs a shower , toilet, and feeding, revealing all has an issue with a black going into their home for the service. It's the way they grew up ,they can't be expected to change.

    Really there needs to be a standard system that for a 40 strong platoon of elderly in a home there is a nurse that's the sargent, that for every 45,000 elderly in homes there needs to be a lieutenant general psychiatrist,
    There need to be three major generals of 15,000 elderly people each, 9 majors each taking care of a regiment of 5,000 elderly, 45 lieutenant each with a battalion of elderly, 225 captain each with a company of 200 elderly then the sargent nurse gets 40 elderly platoon,
    That aged care facility need to be purposely built to house prehaps 200 elderly in each place so there would be a captain doctor with 5 sargents nurses

    • @benjaminthistle6637
      @benjaminthistle6637 Год назад

      A lieutenant generals system is a triage system to understand that the major general system has 15 battalion an that's interaction with every other battalion other than your own over a fortnight separating each battalion by processing one battalion each day of the fornight in order creating fortnight division between battalion, so there is triage methodology as not to double handle transaction that in a lock down situation with Ebola that interaction an society isolation would need to be maximize, that you don't double handle getting the milk because two transactions is twice as much chance as getting Ebola that triage doesn't stop the doctor getting sick yet it minimize transaction an transmissive contact, now I don't know how that would work without each battalion being dependent on the other for a two week deal to process what a battalion has got, that it's about battalion coexisting without unnecessary personal involvement beyond a triage process yet the lieutenant general has that system built in with three major generals cycling that that for objective criticism or praise

    • @benjaminthistle6637
      @benjaminthistle6637 Год назад

      The major general with 15,000 in a situation each battalion is a provider of something even if that's just more troops because of casualties in a biological warfare situation or epidemic it's a triage system so every battalion is a supply chain serving every battalion with what it provided over a fortnight even if it's just supplying troops that the transaction are kept to a minimum with isolation period between them where goods could be quarantine further in warehouse if there was transmissive concerned with something that has a shelf life longer than a month like people that could have to be quarantine, there is only one way in to it an one way out yet it's a structured system that takes care of daily build up somewhere
