8 days.. today felt way more fluid! most of the areas in my body where i felt tension usually were lessened this time around. The areas where i know have been a pain point for a bit longer were greeted with more grace. sat nam.

Day 5 this is amazing. I have never felt better. I feel such happiness. I absolutely love this Kriya. I feel so radiant. I had a hard time at first with the arm movement in the beginning but by day 2 it was like I was meant to do it. So grateful thanks again. ❤

Hello Yogigems! I came home yesterday and said - whatever first video I see with you, I am going to do it... and it was yoga for anger! I thought - well, yes I probably store anger, so I went with it. And today this video came up... and I thought...didn't I do it yesterday???? It was so close in kryas so I got a bit confused... but some in the end were different. Especially challenging the krya with hands.... so freaking hard to focus or let go.... what I also noticed I flex my spine way too hard... it was so naturally easier for me before... now I strive to perfect it??? It feel tense in on a sides of my body... and I have a "dent" in my upper back from teenager time, when my niece stepped on my spine and dislocated one of the vertebra... I felt so "weird" in that point for some time, then I adjusted... I think it adjusted over time... yet I still feel like I have a crack there... this is being challenging for me over years, yet I feel a bit better after finishing the 40 days kryas for lymphs. Somehow better... anyhow I noticed that you do not instruct people to repeat: sat nam while doing kryas. I wanted to ask why? I am thankful for your teachings, so much thankful!!!!!
Thank you, dear Nataliya, you are on an interesting journey with these kriyas! A lovely way to practice - trust whatever shows up on the day 😊 With the spine, always remember to keep your navel pulled in to protect it through the flexes. The injury happened in the upper back, but we want to give the full spine as much support as we can during our practice - this is especially important for you. Sat nam simran is not an anchor I use in my own practice, so I don't teach it. Love to you ♥️
I do add sat nam chant when I feel it is resonating with me at krya and keep me focused. Thank you for suggestion with spine, I try to keep navel in, I think I just need to feel more relaxed for muscles around navel, so I just go with the flow. Yet I noticed how good I feel nowadays and it is absolutely helps with feeling Reiki energy! I am practitioner and healer! ❤
Day 13 & 14! ✅ thanks yogigems! Question: during the forward fold/life nerve section, is the pace important? As in, is it recommended to speed it up if I can or better to go at the pace you establish?

Hello Yogigems! I came home yesterday and said - whatever first video I see with you, I am going to do it... and it was yoga for anger! I thought - well, yes I probably store anger, so I went with it. And today this video came up... and I thought...didn't I do it yesterday???? It was so close in kryas so I got a bit confused... but some in the end were different. Especially challenging the krya with hands.... so freaking hard to focus or let go.... what I also noticed I flex my spine way too hard... it was so naturally easier for me before... now I strive to perfect it??? It feel tense in on a sides of my body... and I have a "dent" in my upper back from teenager time, when my niece stepped on my spine and dislocated one of the vertebra... I felt so "weird" in that point for some time, then I adjusted... I think it adjusted over time... yet I still feel like I have a crack there... this is being challenging for me over years, yet I feel a bit better after finishing the 40 days kryas for lymphs. Somehow better... anyhow I noticed that you do not instruct people to repeat: sat nam while doing kryas. I wanted to ask why? I am thankful for your teachings, so much thankful!!!!!

A lovely way to practice - trust whatever shows up on the day 😊 With the spine, always remember to keep your navel pulled in to protect it through the flexes. The injury happened in the upper back, but we want to give the full spine as much support as we can during our practice - this is especially important for you. Sat nam simran is not an anchor I use in my own practice, so I don't teach it. Love to you ♥️
I do add sat nam chant when I feel it is resonating with me at krya and keep me focused. Thank you for suggestion with spine, I try to keep navel in, I think I just need to feel more relaxed for muscles around navel, so I just go with the flow. Yet I noticed how good I feel nowadays and it is absolutely helps with feeling Reiki energy! I am practitioner and healer! ❤
