The Nutrimill Artiste is no longer 650 watts. The company told one friend that they had discontinued the kind they were putting out 4 years ago and that they are "new and improved," so I went looking for the differences. Thus far the only differences I have found are that the motor is now 500 watts, and they no longer come with measuring cups or spatula. However, from all indications the 500-watt motor is sufficient for whole grain doughs.

Your bread looks absolutely awesome at 3:36!
Thank you for your review and consideration. I bought this as my first stand mixer, as it's powerful and relatively affordable, compared to other good (for me) alternatives (Ankarsrum or the Kitchenaid 8qt commercial I was considering based on its relatively good quality compared to the lower end KA models and its silence). I think I can live with the noise, I hope I won't mind the cleaning con you mentioned. Thanks again for your great video!

Hi -Thank for your kind words and feedback on the machine. I think you made the right choice in selecting Nutrimill over Ankarsum or KA 8qt. Your mixer works just as well as those two, and may be easier to work with, at a much lower price. Thanks for watching, sorry for the late reply, and hope you enjoy your mixer!

Thank you for your one egg demo, that's really helpful.
I saw the demo video for Bosch, it's no problem for the one egg white.

I know you returned the mixer,
maybe you know the answer for the one egg white on Nutrimill Mixer, does it work?
    Thank you

Hi - I believe I forgot to do the single egg test on the new Nutrimill, my apologies. But I do think it would do fine with one egg white because the blades almost touch the bottom of the mixing bowl. Thanks for watching and for your comment.
