    Best video for sourdough sandwich bread I’ve seen. I’m so happy you used your Bosch mixer, I’ve had one for years as I bake 6 loaves of regular bread at a time. Doing it this way is much cleaner and faster.

    Why do you weigh/grams everything?

      Weighing is much more accurate than volume measurements. For instance salt can come in many forms and each will take up a different volume. Weighing them out you will get accurate ingredient amounts.
      As for grams vs oz. It is a finer unit of measurement.
