Really a good explanation, but in our case, we have been asked by bussinesses on reporting this situation: "Can we have a report about how many times this app has been started by assigned users?" I can't get that answer from MEM Console ... but can it be done with that new reporting you are showing us?

Does Microsoft Intune Graph APIs only work for Intune standalone or it also works with hybrid development?
It should work in hybrid environments as you long as put data into Intune / AAD.
