Nice to see nemesis getting coached. One thing I would like to see is for coach to break his mental barrier on micro based heroes like broodmother, lone druid etc
Bruh what, i "played" since 2012 and i still don't wanna learn brood or visage. Arc or bear are easy tbh. It will be omega stressing for neme to play summoner
@@KOTOBODWhat? Visage and Broodmother are way easier to play than Lone and Arc! What do You mean? Like, literally those hero summons you just right click along the hero most of the time.
The real strength of Dota towers is that allies can tp to it without having to rely on a summoner spell slot and a 360 sec cd. But at this elo you pretty much have to beg on mic and ping to hope they would even look at what's happening under tower. Also you can utilize the trees behind most towers to make dives more difficult with line of sight, Zeus can for the most part stay safe that way and clear the wave.
F1 to select courier F2 for quickbuy and F3 for deliver is very standard. When you select courier with F1 it is like selecting a unit you control and you can cast its abilities (speed up and shield) with the default buttons mines w and d.
I hope people upvote this advice: Since you are dead really long in this game, just use it as a way to learn. 2 possibilities: 1) Click death summary: See what damaged/killed/healed/saved you. 2) Check enemy/friendly heroes. Read 1-2 abilities and try to understand them. I looooove your gameplay and participation in the dots community man! Keep it up. Don't forget: the Tutorials hold TONS of tricks that make your head spin.
Sir, are you comfortable with pressing items on yourself with mouse? You can do it with alt+item key instead. Same goes for spells. Also i've seen you struggle with managing illusions. You can just select one and click A on the ground near creeps/neutral camp for it to automatically attack, so you won't need to click on every target. If your illusion is strong enough, you can make it clear several camps with command order (shift button). So you just hold shift and press A on camps you want to farm
Nemesis if you have blink dagger you should blink into the enemy use w then use your q in direction towards your base if you just want to poke, it's like a akali combo and hard to react if you do it fast enough
The spacebar mechanic is just selecting your hero, doubletapping centers screen. So having to select your hero again after selecting courier makes perfect sense?
On the one hand, I think it would be cool if Nemesis had some certain questions which could be answered by the coach(e.g. which neutral items are good on this hero by tiers). On the other hand, he just needs better mechanical skills and basic game knowledge, as he just started playing the game. Overall great content, wish to see more coaching with MTD or other high-ranking/pro players
I'm glad you got coached by a decent high mmr player. Unlike tzar potato who peaked legend. I saw one coaching session where he tells a Spirit Hero to play passive and play with his team. That's 100% wrong and i said in his twitch chat that he should spilt push and force enemies tps then force a 5v4 fight. After that I've gotten shutdown by tzar. Of course it was a 1-2 years ago but i hope his coaching improves.
He saw it but decided not to read it completely.... Damn it I'll try to group my thoughts, under the icon of the hero who killed you there is an arrow that will show all sources of damage and can be read if you visit the ability itself
Did he deny aegis cause of the "right click to deny" setting that is used to deny creeps ? That's usually off by default. xD might be a bug if u have full inventory or what else ? Imo neme should use A + left click to deny creeps.
No, you can only deny items by explicity issuing an attack command, he used A. There is no need to need for A to deny creeps, honestly why would anyone recommend that? Is old Warcraft tech.
Your support is the only one pushing the pace of the game and you have been the one slowing it down constantly. You are always late to fights/objectives while having the strongest catch on your team. Your coil is great way to start fights and you being separate from your team will make them hesitate a lot more. 01:36:45 Your support smoked you (when smoked wards cant see you. It is cancelled when you get near an enemy or auto attack) and instead of looking for a kill you go back to farming. Don't want to flame but just understand that you can slow/speed up the game a lot when you are playing mid.
Im surprised he doesnt use Attack and Stop (hotkeys) much. (if at all) But Nemesis has gotten REALLY good in such a short amount of time, im impressed! He just gets lost a bit on what to do on the later stages of the game which is very normal
@@KitsuneFaroe oh I mean like, using it to move this way Or like targeting near the heroes etc he wants to hit and A click instead It can end up being useful Him deying the aegis was hilarious though, brought some particular tournament in mind 😂
neme if you love meepo you can start playing arc warden since its more easy. they kinda similar since you can powerfarm map and since its only two units and no changing units from base in to fight etc. like you do in meepo.
Playing and coaching are two different skills, which don't translate fully. It's much harder to coach, then to play the game. You have to connect to person, ponder him thorughly, learn what methods work on him, what he reacts to. Coaching is mostly discussing/explaining and reminding/perfecting details.
This is like 4 comments in 1 but whatever Honestly just do all the tutorials between queues. It's very easy to miss small important details otherwise. I would mention one thing about support mid roam timers. The most important minutes (for higher level anyway) are: - 4, so as to secure your mid double rune/deny enemy mid rune (very important in bottle vs bottle) - 5-5:30 ish As this is where night time comes in making dives and ganks easier. It also serves as a setup to minute 6 - 6 to secure your mid first power rune - 8, power rune (2 also if you are a psychopath, but usually you should be in lane at that point) What is also frustrating is that support camping mid for up to a minute is not neccesarily bad if it secures the power rune. You will see in pro replays the supports are always mid but at very SPECIFIC minutes. By the way if 2,4,6,8 are the important rune timers, maybe 3,5,7 are where you can go for stacking nearby camp (need expert opinion) maybe on non-bottle heroes you stack at even minutes too? Lastly, even if you might not want to, playing pos 4 (roaming support, the one that usually ganks at rune timers) would make you a better pos 2. Would include understanding when to roam and dive side lanes. Also reversed which is why I need to play pos 2 xdd. In a lane with a lot of interaction (not vs sniper, kotl etc.) it can be important to branch + tango to save time and win big tempo advantage Holy Essay

Feels so different after getting coached by a good guy. Proud to see
Agreed Ranger is a horrible coach

Great coach! He can teach Neme to finish long games😀
I appreciate the coaching
