Place it in butter paper or parchment paper after freezing it will come right off
No you don't need to freeze it because the ice cream is already cold it freezes right away
Just keep handling the chocolate over the grass excess chocolate gets in the class and as ice cream is freezed so do this for 1 minute chocolate will automatically gets set on it
