Being a Real Party Pooper

The plaintiff hired the defendant to decorate her 40th birthday bash. However, the plaintiff says the defendant told her one price and then upped it at the last minute after she had already given her a deposit. The plaintiff canceled the job and is suing the defendant for her deposit back. The defendant insists the only reason the price increased was because the plaintiff requested additional decorations.
