My 99 jdm Skunk 2 Prelude race car has been on flats and dead battery for almost 5 years too.
I was away working out if the state and then country.
I need to know the best way to start this thing.

I was wondering did you have to change the fuel? Or was it still good after sitting 5 years

I was going to test it out and in case of a no-start, fill up the tank with fresh fuel. Looks like it was still good!

I've had mine sitting for 1.5 years with a full tank so u think the gas is still good or should I remove it ?

Fuel actually has a shelf life of few months, after which it begins to degrade. I'd drain it and fill it up with fresh fuel just in case, to avoid ignition-related engine problems
