I was advised to accept money in 3 different accounts as it is in 3 names. But I don't want to distribute money to my children currently. So can I accept the full money in my own account (i.e. parent) and mention the same in the sale-deed (i.e. Full money accepted in so and so account for this purpose). I have no problem in paying any required tax , but main issue tis I dont want to distribute money to children at present, but only through a will later on. Please reply

Sirf subsidy aur loan maafi chhata hai. I only have empathy for modern farmers adopting new techniques, shifting to cash crops and accepting new market reforms.
