    Hi I’m a new subscriber I love your channel I do the same kind of work you do out in south Texas and some times in Austin could you do a video on how y’all got started as a company that would sure help me get some ideas thanks I look forward to seeing more videos

      Well, the first thing you have to have is money to buy equipment that you do have to work on every single day. The next thing you have to have is knowledge on how to fix your own stuff when (not if) it breaks. Then you need a haul truck, insurance, but most important thing is the knowledge of how to do the work...grade, slopes, soil types, etc. The best way to run your name and business in the ground is to go out and do shoddy work that someone else has to come behind you to fix. I was fortunate enough to learn years ago from an old timer that was in the Navy SeaBees during WW2. That old man could build a tank with a cable blade D8 with his eyes closed, and never once check grade or slopes. When it was done, it looked like he had built it with GPS.
