For Honor is an action game developed and published by Ubisoft. The game allows players to play the roles of historical forms of soldiers and warriors such as knights, samurai, vikings, wu lin and now an outlander faction. For Honor is constantly being updates with new heroes, new executions/finishers, new emotes, new effects and hero reworks/nerfs/buffs. For Honor has 35 heroes available across all factions:

Warden, Gryphon, Warmonger, Gladiator, Peacekeeper, Conqueror, Black Prior, Centurion, Lawbringer

You should delay the unblockable heavy with warden, it catches so many people off guard cause you can delay it super long
especially on whiff. same with nobushi
I just noticed Misty has his guard mapped to the left stick. That’s actually a pretty unique way to handle the problem of having to take your thumb off the right stick to dodge for the default mapping. The way I handled it was to just map the dodge input to L3. Never tried deflecting like that though so it might not work as well for that.
Tbh I just use paddles they work pretty well however it can lead to damaged paddles or misinputs
He probably plays claw at the very least or ^ does have paddles

The whole point is to out play your opponent, as long as you dont spam lights all game every game which is really annoying a short timeframe where you catch your opponent of guard by using only lights is good
