First heard about Wayne from storm chaser Brandon Copic who was on the scene immediately after Barnesdall was hit. Brandon did search around the immediate area for Mr. Hogue and reported similarly that the truck with keys was there but sadly, not Mr. Hogue. A number of us watching Brandon’s livestream last night were impacted by the awareness of Mr. Hogue missing. We are hoping and praying for that miracle. Hearts out to the Hogue family and community of Barnesdall.
Several other countries that export weapons to Israel are doing similar legal reviews, NPR's Lauren Frayer reports. These countries fear that they "could be complicit in any alleged war crimes" the weapons are used for - allegations Israel has vehemently denied.

He said they were looking for Wayne already 😢 I was hoping somehow through wild luck Wayne would be found safely by now... But how his vehicle was found and how he went missing has made me worry since I first heard of him that he may not have made it
Unfortunately, I don't think he's going to turn up alive. It's been over 24 hours with no sign or word from him. He's not in any hospitals. Judging by the fact his truck was found, still on with the door ripped open/lodged in the hood, leads me to believe he was trying to leave but just didn't make it in time. The tornado probably yanked him from the truck and carried him away a few miles off (I'm surprised they haven't tried following the trail of the tornado in their search yet).
