Going to a Kings of Leon concert is like being a part of a mass choir with amazing music. That is part of the popularity of the band...everyone knows the lyrics and they sing along becoming part of the whole experience. There are also plenty of breaks and intervals in songs where the audience becomes part of the score. It is awesome!

Finally getting to see them live in March next year year here in Brisbane, Australia. It’s been over ten years since they came down under and I was away for work the last time they were here so I missed them. Hoping the pandemic doesn’t ruin it. Excited is an understatement.
I saw them at Firefly in my home town a couple years back. AND THEY ARE EXTRAORDINARY LIVE. They sound absolutely incredible. They haven’t lost a thing in those 10 years that have passed as you waited; in fact they’re better live now than they ever were. You’re gonna have the time of your life 👍

Find Me is such a great song!!!!!! Cannot stop listening to it. The way it ebbs and flows and those vocals are divine. It has an almost nostalgic 80s vibe to it...like Don Henley's Boys of the Summer or something. Doesn't necessarily sound like it but creates the same atmosphere...
Having grown up in the sixties & seventies I thought I had heard it all. I stack up KOL to any of the great bands from back in the day. And the back story just adds to my love for these guys. Rock on
They really are unique, I agree with you about the backstory. The vocal prowess developed as sons of a Pastor ,who was secretly an alcoholic on tour, singing in churches is just plain poetic.
I'm with you bro. I'm a classic rock collector. My son is an awesome guitar and bass player. His whole life he listened to me jam to Beatles, Stones, Zeppelin, WHO, Hendrix, Dilan. You name it, Kol are 2nd to none. They belong in the pantheon of the greatest already. And that's saying something for they're just getting started with their best music. That's my opinion!
