I went for biometrics in service Canada...they took fingerprints but they did not take photo due to COVID..they said they can mention it...what should I do?
When did you apply for your PR file? And after how many months of getting BIL you received a call from Service Canada? And, thanks for this video. Really appreciate your help and guidance.

Oh Sept. you can expect to wait for a while. The applications are taking anywhere from 4 to 6 months. Some are taking more than 6 months. Those waiting for more than 6 mnths were maily because biometrics was closed. With biometrics now open we an expect that atleast this wil not be the cause of delay for us.

@@passthehelp7028 no I didn’t give biometrics ever. My husband’s biometrics is done and he is outside Canada. Just mine is left. Why I am not being called by service canada. Please reply
@@passthehelp7028 moreover, i submitted my application in march and got BIL in may and still waiting for call by service canada. Sometimes i feel so tensed because others who are my knowns submitted their application after me and they got their biometrics call and they are PR now. Why I am not being called? This looks so unfair

Deepshikha i submitted my application in june ... got bil in aug ..got call for biometric in sep .. did my biometric in october

if you have given biometrics in last 10 years for any type of canada immigration application then you do not need to give it again.

Is this for service canada only or VISA APPLICATION CENTRES (VAC) outside canada also calling
All vac’s in India are closed until further information
Outside Vacs are BAU. You wont be able to give biometrics unless they open... The video speciffically applies to people within canada.
