Thx for the recs. I just put Xeni and Don't Kiss the Bride on my "up next" TBR. Some "marriage of convenience" books I have read that I like: Lady Luck (Colorado Mountain, #3) Secrets of a Summer Night (Kleypas) Outlander (Outlander, #1) The Bride *Julie Garwood)
love your videos!! The marriage effect is on my TBR and I’ve seen so many videos about Karlas books it’s defo a sign, don’t kiss the bride is one of my fave books ahh
Thank you so much for watching, I truly appreciate it! And yesss Karla is one of my favorites! The Marriage Effect is so great and leads perfectly into her Ward Sisters series!
I loved Wall of Winnipeg and Me! It is definitely SLOW BURN so know that before going in but Mariana Zapata's writing is so relaxing that you don't even notice
@@positiveljoseph6252 Yesss so you know all about it! And what's funny is I barely notice it when I'm reading because she just builds the connection between her characters SO well
I loved The Marriage Effect! I read the whole series plus the Ward sisters. I have yet to read the rest of Karla Sorensen’s books, but she’s great! (I’m a new subscriber)
Welcome to my channel!! Yes Karla Sorensen’s books are so good. I’d try Baking Me Crazy! It’s a best friends to lovers story with great disability representation!
A book I recommend for this trope and it also works with the arranaged marriage trope too which is The Reluctant Bride by Monica Murphy which leaves on a cliffhanger but like I said this is so worth the read trust me ❤
One of my favoriiiiiiiite tropes 😍 Gimme all the tension! I have wanted to read Don’t Kiss the Bride for a lonnng time! I also need to dive into Rebekah Weatherspoon! You could sell me on any of these though! 💖
