It isnt a Dream Chaster issue, the issue is ULA backlog of launch flights for the US military which requires Vulcan to have two sucessfull flights before qualifying to fly a number of delayed flights which must take place before mid 2025.

What's the purpose of the Dreamchaser nowadays? The ISS is coming down in 5-6 years, so what sort of payloads need to be hauled up to the soon to be defunct ISS? Why are we paying bazillions of dollars to develop another high dollar pickup truck to hall one or two pieces short-lived specialty equipment the ISS? This no longer making sense. I loved the concept, but it needs a new mission to remain relevant.

Delays? Come on! Has New Glenn even launched yet? It's been 11 years. All these missions and no proof of concept for New Glenn. Not good enough. Not NASA'S fault. Now, has it been more than a year of flight test? Yes or No? We know the answer dont we?
Another way of saying it… Musk said 2 Starships to Mars 2022 and 4 in 2024… Are we late, yes or no?
      The answer is yes..
You are right to say Starship has flown. You are wrong to say they are not late. They are. Just like Orion flew to the Moon once, they were late and over budget. See how easy it is to tell yourself the truth?

Dreamchaser's biggest problem is Sue-LA and Sue Origin's inability to provide it with a ride to orbit. Sue-LA's Vulcan booster was delayed for years due to Sue Origin's inability to provide working BE-4 engines. Now that Sue-LA can get engines it needs to focus on what can most likely generate significant revenue - i.e. launching USSF payloads. Clearly Sierra Space (builder of the Dreamchaser) would like to see DC in orbit sooner rather than later. I suspect there is sufficient wiggle room in its contract with Sue-LA that it would not be feasible to sue ULA. One hopes ULA and Blue Origin will get their collective acts together and Dreamchaser will soon have an opportunity to show what it can do.

The last in-flight anomaly for SpaceX happened just a week ago. If you recorded this before that you should have edited that and corrected it. Dream Chaser does NOT have an "unconventional" landing method as it was used by the U.S. Space Shuttle, the Soviet Buran Shuttle and among current spacecraft is being used by the Boeing X-37.
People keep forgetting the Boeing X-37 which has proved that Boeing CAN make a Spacecraft that can orbit for an extremely long duration, something that should make their repeated Starliner failures even more puzzling.

The Dream Chaser launched by a Falcon would indeed be a high quality spectacle! !
But ! ! (because there must be a But)
I am not sure that a payload intended to be launched by a ULA Vulcan could, like that, change its "taxi" to take a spaceX Falcon.
ULA not being "on the best terms" with SpaceX, it is not impossible that a payload planned for a ULA launch would be very complicated to adapt to a Falcon; like the launcher/payload interface uses ULA patented technology (and ULA strangely refuses to sell a license to SpaceX).
If it is undoubtedly possible to adapt a Ford engine in a GM car, in the world of space, each additional gram is very hotly discussed, we are clearly in the category of precision watches (and luxury given the prices practiced) rather than the manufacture of industrial machine tools.
This type of adaptation to the launcher is foreseen from the drawing board and any modifications necessarily impose an additional mass and can take months of R&D and construction not to mention ground tests not to mention possible "administrative hassle"

Boeing has shown just how incompetent they are with their failed Starliner. Which is way over budget and after years of designing and testing still isn't working. Blue Origin whines and cries about not getting NASA contracts but can't put anything into orbit. They can go up and down (something NASA did back in the early 1960s) and give rich people a ride I guess that's something. Sierra Space seems to be joining the club as just another company who over-promises and can't deliver. This is very frustrating for the American taxpayer because we're the ones ultimately funding the bill for these very expensive projects that go nowhere. SpaceX had been the only one that was consistently delivering but now even they are having problems. Seems that the outlet for the American space program is becoming very bleak

WTF this is a copy of a design developed by NASA (HL-20 though HL-42 was better) which was designed after analysis of pictures of the RUSSIAN BOR-4 which flew in 1980.
A better name might be POKEY.
