Dead, By using a touch switch (ttp223) which is also attached with an IR sensor for the remote (vs1838b) connected to the cd4017 to change color with electricity from a lithium battery (with a charger module (tp4056)) or a 5v hp adapter what will the circuit be? Can it?

Bro you don't have to use 2 sensor for on off you can just modify it to toggle mode
