This is the fisrt and only video that actually explains with visuals only that i am able to understand. I use leds for my miniature models and wanted to transition from a throttle switches to touch. Obviously they are a bit more versetile and im glad this video show those 3 cool ways to solder them. I had no idea this could become a temporary switch. Thank you for the video ✌️🙏
So with ttp223 you can only on off a diode? I got them. I thouth i will be able to power on/off a 5V/2A devices with it. No it doesn't work like that. If we power it with 5V it only givers 3V output (that red diode probably drops voltage). Can we remove a diode from that circuit and provide full 5V thru this touch module and power our devices? I will test.
You have to use a power transistor or mosfet tp power your electronic devices, directly connecting to that ttp223 ia not a good idea, the output ma is very low and it will burn the chip.
In the last fourth method, is there any way to trigger it on or off without touch..?? I mean can we turn it on or off by applying +ve or -ve pulse on i/o pin.
i/o pin is the output pin, to turn it on and off by by apply voltage on it will damage the ic, for that wait day after tomorrow, i will upload an video, that u will easily understand, that you can turn it on and off without touching, the ttp223 a new method.

good day.. can i ask, if i can use ttp223 to replace the broken switch/pcb of my touch sensor faucet . i manage to teardown the solenoid valve( DC 3.6v) and its still working when i connect the 1.5v battery(4pcs). im no electrician and ive searched all over the internet to replace the switch/pcb but i dont know the name of it. the switch/pcb works when i touch the metal part of the faucet and turns off when i touch the faucet again.. ty more power
Do you know how to extend the sensor area to increase the range of the sensor? I think you can solder some wire to the touch sensor but I am not sure where or if you need to cut off some of the sensors material. Any idea of how to properly increase the sensor size?
@@CreativeInventorlab Sorry I was hoping you could explain how to extend the sensor size. Can I just solder some copper wire to the touch sensor or do I need to grind off the sensor surface first? I'm pretty new to this stuff so I don't really know for sure what to do.
@@CreativeInventorlab Fair enough. I bought a 10 pack of sensors so i can probably experiment with a few. Thanks for your help, and if you do make a video on the topic I'll definitely check it out.
Were you able to extend the surface area? I’m curious about the same thing. Want to use it in an epoxy river table to light up the epoxy when it gets touched or a glass gets put on it. How did you extend the touch sensitivity?
In Momentary / High Output 00 mode sensor is off after 12 seconds even when touched. Please help me that we do in ttp223 that it will work as long as 1 stay in touch.
great demo of this chip and I have a question can I make turn on for 1 or 2 seconds and it goes off without lefting my finger like by adding a capacitor os something second question can I use a button switch instead? subbed and liked
TTP223 life jada hoti hai i mean daily heavy usage par ye kam karna band toh nahi karega ? muze actually ye epoxy resin table project me set karna hai so isiliye pucha, ya ise koi long life device ata hai jo ttp223 ki tarah kam kare aur uski sensitivity increase kar paye

Good job 👏 bro! I got knowledge from your sharing
Thanks for the video tutorial

Great video. You really needed a series resistor for the LED though.
Why?
Super explanation brother..
I'm glad I watched this. Was intrested in purchasing some of these. Would have been mad thinking it was a non locking switch.
Nice😊

Amazing
Where can I get this parts
Sir, kya ye ttp223 touch sensor transparent glass ke uper se touch kaam karega?
ha, kaam krega, pad glass jyda bhi thick nahi hona chahiye.
Nice project
Klo diaplikasikan ke 12V bsa
bisa buat motor gak ?
Can i add a push button in this module so i can use button instead of touch

is there a touch switch for current above 5v? then, can it interrupt 2 different circuits at the same time?
actually there are some alternative version in the market, try to search on any electronic seller websites, you may find.

The function you are asking is a timer function that is not available on this circuit, yes a push button can be added.

up to how many leds can connect in 1 circuit?
check the output amps in the datasheet of tp223 according to that you can give the led load, also use a transistor to use higher loads
