I think any type of cyberware that is above your skin (including sub dermal) should modify your body. Cyber lines etc. The more expensive andnhigh grade the cyberware, the more borg you look. Also adding a filter to ykur chaarcters voice once they reach a certain point of cyberware would be cool.
I think clothes could do more than just be about fashion. For instance, if you wear 6th street's fit, then they might be less likely to come at you in their territory. Maybe vendors within gangs offer a discount, or you get more rep working with gangs in their outfits. Looking the part for various meetings could affect dialouge options, lower stat requirements, even open up whole new avenues for quest completions. And that's not even going over the rep system. For instance, working with NCPD should cost you rep with the city's gangs. But being a dirty cop might cause doors to open to you that would otherwise be shut. I also think you could have rep to maintain with the various fixers in the city. Doing jobs for Padre might piss off Wakkako, or vice versa. Just some thoughts.
