I'm going through perimenopause and am having trouble focusing, retaining, and hot flashes during class . I also have a history of have ADD and dyslexia 🤦🏾♀️. I get 3 to 4 hours a sleep nightly because I have to work full time. Despite all this, I'm not going to give up at all. Your videos are extremely helpful. Please keep them coming ❤

Yes, please do more of these. For the last question I had the diabetic at the end, but before the teaching for the patient going to surgery. I figured since his glucose was 70… he was stable( 70-110), but I do understand it’s at the lowest end of stability .
