Hello Dr.D, is there a way you could explain why patient #3 would be seen first and not patient #4? I understand what you’re saying with the process of DKA and threat that we’re looking out for, yet I can’t shake patient 4 and the worsening of SOB not being a priority over patient 3. They both have chronic illness… in the ABC’s it would be airway first and both were under treatment . Is it because of the confusion as to why patient 3 should’ve been seen before her? Thank you. This is truly a genuine question, I don’t mean to or want to come off as if I’m challenging you, especially after you’ve explained why he trumped everyone. ❤
