I forgot to show the swappable resonators for the Hifi For All Dalia, so check their website to see how those work. Very cool. hififorall.com/products/hfa-dahlia-headphone
Thank you uploading this "highlights" video, Master! Hopefully, I'll be able to make it to the next Singapore CanJam. Reverend Dr. Thomas, The Vegan Vicar.
And that is another cool observation about the carpet. This is the kind of minutiae that my geekiness swims in. What other cool non audio experiences did you guys take away? Have heard the food around these shows is good.
It totally flew by me again last year 2023 i had to work but was super close to going and now 2024 happened so quick. Well 2025 hopefully brings amazing updated iems and such over here in Irvine
35:33 wait, does the Solo come with that gorgeous cable? My $2.5k Volur came with the regular cheap 64audio cable, which is the only negative thing I can say about it.
That’s a great observation about the E3 looking terminator like, never noticed that before, but yes, sort of grey trench coat, the chain fence, the technoir club, the E3 wouldn’t be out of place in shot with some of those things.
I've been playing a lot of 7 Days to Die recently and they often are breakable with stuff hidden behind them, I had to resist the urge to punch my screen. . .
Most new release headphones I tried seemed to have a similar tuning which surprised me, I thought there would be vast differences. It seems that companies are now paying more attention to the harmon curve. The exceptions being the Zeos Eris and the T&A solitare flagship.
@matthewhilty4209 i definitely notice this with IEMs, but for headphones I'm starting to see a push away from a Harmon target and more experimentation. Mostly with the smaller manufacturers, of course. Very interested to see where things go in the next few years.
well he did mentioned "highlights" given there are a lot of gears to try you can't really expect a full coverage. Being able to make a list and still express your experience days later is not something easy to do.
Great video! Did you get a chance to try any of the headphones I made? Either way, love your videos and this video gives me good impressions of some of the things I didn't try there.
@pud667 I didn't! I kept visiting the Heapldphones.com booth to try the gigantic helmholtz resonator you built, but that thing was super popular! I'm super bummed about it!
I did! Got some real winners there and I would totally rock the weirdest ones out in public. It was awesome to hear your mythical creations in person and would jump at the chance to own any of them for myself (except maybe the EyePhone and Bubb Rubb, not my preferred tuning but loved finally being able to feeel the music😅)
Hey, when you started talking about boutique headphones when talking about the SJY model you demo'd...have you ever heard of SASH Audio out of Ukraine? The SASH Tres is an amazing headphone for its price.
@MasterMarslander can I email you about it? I have one (the 45 ohm variant). There's basically no coverage or awareness of it on RUclips even though it's got a big thread on head-fi and a few people on reddit that know about them. Maybe I can discuss sending you my pair on loan for a video of them? I'm not affiliated, just a customer who thinks that Sasha deserves more visibility in this space.
One suggestion, give the price for everything so folks know how to categorize it. You say nice things about everything, so is this a nice $100 or $8000 headset? Don't assume we're all on your level. Assume most folks are here wanting to find out what to look at. If my budget is $500 then help me find where I should focus. You did it sometimes, but inconsistent. Lastly, spend less time on build quality, sound signature is more important.
I considered adding prices to the images, but several of the items being covered in this video do not have final pricing available, and I didn't want to be inconsistent with it. Of course sound is most important, but having such a short time with the products in a loud and busy environment can not provide anyone with an accurate perspective of their performance. Not to mention, that would probably turn this into a 10 hour video we're I able to go into depth with everything mentioned. I mean, I might enjoy that, but I doubt many of you folks would want to sit through it! That's what the controlled reviews are for.
Don't look at it from your perspective, look at it from a viewer's perspective. What do we want to know. 1. Is that headphone in my budget. Give an about or estimate, that's fine. 2. I only care about the build if I may like the sound. Some of the headphones you spent 80% on build up front. Just trying to help. My suggestion is make us work less to get the info we want. Set the hook first.

Glad you got to listen to things, Because I got to touch two things the whole show
@@ZReviews you were a busy bee with a mission, spreading the Eris gospel. Thought of you when listening to the TH1000rp, hawt damn.
I love these little unofficial RUclips cameo appearances 🙂
thank you for stopping by our room to try our latest WA24 20th Anniversary Edition Headphone Amplifier. 🤜🏻🤛🏻 ~ Mike
I wish I made more time with everything you had at the table! Reach out and maybe we can get a collaboration going. 💪

Reverend Dr. Thomas,
The Vegan Vicar.
Go if you can! Awesome experience.
It was a pleasure meeting you in person!
@@nathanberger618 you too, Nathan! Wonderful to see you!
The carpeting for CanJAM SoCal has captured my imagination over the past few years. I would to go for a strole on that carpet. 🙂
Ha, I honestly never noticed it until you brought attention to it!
And that is another cool observation about the carpet. This is the kind of minutiae that my geekiness swims in. What other cool non audio experiences did you guys take away? Have heard the food around these shows is good.
Symphonium Crimson and Europa stole the show for me. Unique Melody Maven 2 was impressive as well.

Hope I can get a chance to go to the 2025 show too. The kid will be about 8 or 9 months old by then, so we'll see!

Buying a 64 audio product is like getting pre scammed
The HFA Dahlia is absolute fire 🔥Already pre-ordered mine.
@@jordohayes awesome. One of the most unique cans at the show.

Model one now on my list thank you! 😃
I was hoping Sony would update the MDR-Z1R.
I was too. They definitely have a lot of gears in motion right now, so who knows, we might hear about something soon.
18:27 That looks like an industrial HVAC vent or something.

Great to have met ya at the water cooler briefly! Great video 😊
Aye, likewise!
Abyss diana isn’t supposed to fully seal by design, so it is rather okay to not have a perfect fit/seal. They are comfortable to me

Great video as always. Do you think you would go to other canjams like NYC or Dallas?
@kyon_kyonstar I would love to, of course, but at the moment I can only budget for one show a year. The NY show would be wonderful to see.
I know notes exist, but you seemed to remember all your thoughts on those as if you tried them a minute ago. It's impressive.
@@CristopherCutas thank you! I do try to take comprehensive notes, so that really helped.
Ok, but to be fair all he said was "sounds good, show conditions too noisy, studio pls". Even for the CRBN 2 which he demo-ed in a private room
