I've experienced composite Saturn in the 1st house with several people (I have Saturn in the 1st in my natal chart). I've noticed that there's always a lack of spontaneity, especially when it comes to daily comunication and chatting. The Davison and midpoint typically mirror each other, like sun in the 5th in one and sun in the 11th in the other but not in every case. The differences in composite charts is showing you that the relationship is happening along that axis, along those combined themes. The confusion surrounding different composite charts are like getting stuck in the sidereal vs. tropical rabbit hole. I say just pick one method of learning and master that. Then you can easily understand the differences and nuances in the different types of charts without going crazy.
I have Composite Saturn in the 3rd with a lot of people. It is my natal placement Saturn in 3rd. Yes I think a little bit, but don't rely too much on it. It could be tho that you feel you want to break free of Saturn's restrictions due to Uranus' influence. Maybe a theme with u guys is that yall put a lot of emphasise on this 5th house and always try to improve it, maybe through idealising each other or talking to each other on how you guys eagerly want this aspect to improve. Me and my bf have saturn in 5th as well. And its the only planet there. I don't think we are "restricted", he and I are just more "disciplined" I think. We try to keep our relationship more on the stable and mature side.

I use equal house. It’s easiest to determine house rulers and planet placements. Whole sign will put Saturn in your 7th house.
