Not totally sure I guess it’s more so when coming into the 1st is usually how people will see you so maybe people can see you more dark toned or maybe you enjoy talking about hidden truths or something like this. Not sure about the question cause it’s so subjective and doesn’t count into the whole chart. I mean Saturn in 1st usually indicates solitude, more introverted so I guess if the 8th lord could influence it aswell but the Saturn is the reasoning behind it aswell
