not only is this channel showcasing great and helpful information for people both looking to utilize leftover ingredients AND those who want to cook on a budget, but Frankie really has the personality to sell it.
Black ones. Or capers, or any pickled veggie like artichoke hearts. I'd say it and the peas are fairly optional additions, but something to add salt, color and texture won't hurt.
This looks SOOO YUMMY 🤤 (though I'll use black olives instead), plus it all cooks in ONE PAN? 😋 🥘 I do have a question: how do you start a "struggle garden" like you have? Since I just recently came back to the channel, I don't know if you went through it already. Have a very Happy Easter/ Passover/ Ramadan/ Spring season!! ✝️✡️☪️ 🌷🐣🐇🌈🌤️🌺
Happy Easter! The struggle harden is just pots of herbs from what I saw. They can be grown in pots in any apartment and you have that fresh green herb to put on dishes for flavor and garnish. I suggest basil, mint, thyme, oregano. Basil you can plant in a large pot with tomatoes if you have a sunny area or a grow light. Basil and tomato go perfectly together
I don't know how Frankie does it, but I do know there are all kinds of instructional videos online. I have an extra room in my apartment, so I'm about to turn it into an indoor garden, using grow lights because the room gets sunlight only for a short time in the morning.
@@suziequzie Are there any other windows you can make use of that get some sun? Doesn't have to be in the kitchen, but growing something you can use is always nice
They're in a studio where the lighting can be controlled at all times. For the rest of us, there are grow lights, available nearly everywhere, including Walmart and Lowes/home improvement stores of all kinds. I'm going to get some grow lights and grow a garden in my spare bedroom. All kinds of instruction vids on YT and other places online.
My man, did you really just cook rice for 45 minutes? I get that the chicken needs that time, but I bet if you gave it a little more time up front in the pan you can probably wind up with everything cooking evenly. Now you have overdone rice which no one likes... Unless there's some magic happening here that I can't figure out

I'm all for 1 pot recipes and 2 videos in a week. Yasss!!
Love these new one-pot format.
2:30 - a two-handed chef's kiss! That must be one amazing dish...
Why is it that when I follow the link for the recipe, I am taken to a page to sign up for meal kits? Is the link broken?
Love the knife and fork in the pockets!
I have never been so jealous of a knife and fork...
How does one put stock in, if the stock does not drop?
Looks delicious and easy!
Heavenly. & I love forks!
Oh my goodness this looks Yumtastic🍽
Looks delicious for sure!
Thanks for your videos thanks ❤️ 😊
Wunderbar, Chef Frankie Celenza!
LOOOOVE your recipes …try chile ancho in powder is FANTASTIC!!
Any ideas to substitute for the green olives? I just can't do green olives....

I'm making this dish tonight! I'm going to try hard to keep the chicken skin crispy.
Love this channel and your recipe but your links are messed up

I'd love to see a pork chop version of this!
Great idea.
Frankie is the goat
will herbs grow in a kitchen without natural sunlight? How are those herbs growing so nicely?
can you find a little grow light?
@@patriciasorell7238 Tiny kitchen - not sure where I could plug it in and set it up. Apartment living sucks sometimes.

That a Bella/Canvas shirt?
Frankie is CUTE ❤
I'd say that, but I'm old enough to be his grandmother, and I'm no cougar!
So paella?
Drop the stock
Did anyone else who uses cast iron often cringe when he put the tomatoes in there? I’ll have to try this in my enameled cast iron Dutch oven
Herbs will grow anywhere. If they look weedy, get them a grow liight.
That would look good with pork chops 😂 but that looks good tho.

Everything but the olives

Overdone rice is the objective in paella.
