Note for the Assassination. The Fragmented Tide refers to the initial bum rush of enemies before the Fragmented Suzerain/Anchorite/Zealotor forms itself so its basically constant enemies during the boss. This is sometimes a boost because having trash enemies to kill will be good for ability activation and mod activation during the boss fight
cannot dmg them unless within 15m was pretty annoying for that
it is nice for that but holy crap it’s so much visual chaos
Abbreviated abilities is the worst modifier imo

Also that assassination was chaos, I played octavia and got an accolade at the end that said "damage done to the murmur: 340 million" lol
Damage attenuation on that boss is surprisingly noticeable. Got a team of all tanks so it was pretty easy, but also kinda boring since none of us could bypass it, even with Rhino Roar.

My selections were less than ideal this week. I'm going to spend a few days maxing Quassus and see if I can use that to blast through deep archimedian.

@@GazTTV Yup, unfortunately it's the best weapon in my list this time. I'm going to be rolling in with either Grendel or Voruna with Quellor and Quasus with a 75% duration reduction modifier. It's going to be a very interesting run.
Dual Tox for me this week. But I really can’t wait until they bring the burston incarnon back around

i was returning player too after 5 years and i was so glad i chose torid and dual toxicist first time around now i will take daggers and mitter
Dual Tox is a god tier secondary though.

I didn't have any issues with the Elite Archimedian whatsoever, until we got to that boss fight. That was hell. Agony even. Not because it was hard, but because I COULDN'T SEE. Laser light show attacks from the boss, smokescreens from... something, and THE VOID STORM EXPLOSIONS. I couldn't see. It was just blinding. I open up OBS to record that shit (Uploaded now too), then I start moving, and then I instantly died. I was Inaros, I don't even know how that happened. It was so fast. Then I had to wait 6 minutes for the rest of the squad to kill the boss. After that, instead of booking it to the exit, they went after the angel and only just barely managed to kill it. I had 50 seconds until the 3rd Mortis Strike and I lose my loot.
Void explosions and bullet sponge bullshit needs to go.
That's a crazy story dude... personally have yet to see someone become a void angel
@@GazTTV Yeah I've seen it one other time. Pubs be pubs. I own that I probably went down because of pulling up OBS mid fight, but I genuinely didn't expect to get clapped like I did lol
just did Elite Archimedea at max difficulty. Had Qorvex as my choice, and went fine, just had to do some modifications for the reduced duration. The constant radiation againt these enemies worked well, Basmu as Primary was a good pick too. Wasnt too hard, but the last boss mission, my god, was a total sensory crap overload. It was insane the ammout of stuff breaking, camera shaking, lights exploding, noises everywhere and such. Had no idea what was going on, battle took forever, but we (my team) did it anyway. Tip: use Spectres: they help a lot on these fights, and a sentinel with Sacrifice mod, just in case, for some emergency self reviving

Elite Archimedia was super easy for me this week. I got Wisp, Astilla, Laetum, and Anku in my individual parameters. Wisp Prime, Two Incarnons, and a good shotgun. Someone else in my squad had Dante so we had a decent amount of overgaurd too. Wisp motes have infinite duration when on top of them so Abbreviated Abilities wasn't an issue and Archon Stretch made for easy energy regen.
Breach Surge also makes relentless tide a non-issue.
Dante makes these missions so much easier, even a dante spectre is pretty strong
Personal preference, but I would recommend avoiding the Miter if you don't already have some monster Incarnons- It's really good in higher density areas, but it can struggle if you're moving from point to point, or during any other time/ mission when the mobs thin out...
Last week was the first Archimedea I tried, it was pretty tough (which is good) and I can't wait to see how it goes this week now that I completed it and have a free slot. I wonder if it still feels like every victory is hard earned, or if it becomes just another thing to mindlessly grind every week.
i mainly reccomend it for acolytes and nullifiers

I had to solo 1st part due to host migration with mesa. fuking mesa and I had transference distortion so my vazarin did not helped.

I would actually love it if they remove the random loadouts in deep archimedea altogether. The random modifiers are enough to make it hard - and annoying to play... - but i also want to bring my favourite loadouts and see how well they do with the missions they give us.
It would be nice if they changed the missions in a way that bringing the favourite loadouts would not be like a walk in the park, but still keeping them strong. That way we could actually have fun playing this missions while getting lots of good resources.
(like in steel path void cascade or in some arbitration missions)
some changes would be nice but think they are just going to move on to jade shadows

i had a good time tbh 1 tau 2 normal shard and 2 arcane for a few search pulses
