@@LIVINGINDALLAS everything is 30 minutes away or a little bit more. 6 flags us like 30 minutes away, Dallas is 30-40 minutes away, grapevine city 30 minutes away, Grapevine lake 30 minutes away, great schools in keller and southlake, lots of jobs for ANYTHING, no bad of traffic (Plano, TX is sooo much worse and I hate Plano JUST because of the traffic and rude drivers), alottttt of beautiful properties (especially in Westlake, TX that is 10 minutes away from Southlake town square), lots of events for your family during holidays, and soooo much more! loll
@@LIVINGINDALLAS Back to downtown Fort Worth, my girlfriend owns a consulting company and all her clients are here. From Southlake, she was driving 3+ hours per day. Now all her clients are just 5-10 minutes away. If it weren’t for that, we’d still be in Southlake 😂👌
