Who WOULDN'T heed the warning from a Wild Haggis …
very good advice, not just for the elusive haggis, but for every creature
❤God Bless you all for caring for these adorable little creatures. 🏴
From a kinsmen in the Alabama Gulf Coast USA 🇺🇸 ❤
Save these precious creatures!! 💗 from Upstate NY, USA.
This silliness all began with the Wombles on Wimbledon common..Folk started leaving all sorts of stuff behind, believing they were doing a good thing & for a while they thought all to be well with doing so..Then, suddenly, out of nowhere the entire Womble population dissapeared into extinction, never to be heard of again almost overnight....
This must not be allowed to happen with our beautiful Haggis varieties in the glens ,forests & heatherlands ..Every piece of litter you take home or you pick up & collect is saving the lives of these wonderful creatures on a daily basis ...
Do the decent thing ,keep the haggis safe .🙏.
I remember the Wombles. Are they all gone, then? Sad. I promise not to pish out of doors, and I promise I’ll start crocheting a reusable tote bag from plastic grocery bags. Rock on, Haggis! 💜💜💜💜
There have been recent Womble sightings. Don’t give up hope!
@@blueabattoiroh Wow ,I heard talk a few years ago that a female decendent of the Chalet womble clan, had indeed escaped the devestation with a young survivor of the Orinoco wombles to Cumbria ...It would be truly incredible if it turns out to be true ...Like the Haggis, just wonderful timid creatures that only bring the heart pure joy .Thank you for letting a very teary eyed me know .❤..🙏
Thank You for your hard work to englighting people in such s creative manner
Poor thing! Yes we should all be very careful and mindful of what damage we are doing to these wonderful little creatures and the environment.
I am just obsessed w/ these videos...so funny but a very great message at the same time!
An important message for us all. Don't be a sack end.
Wise words to live by.
Thank you ❤
When visiting any countryside or wild place, please be guided by “Take only photographs; leave only footprints.” 😊
I agree!
Don't be a sackend and pish all over the forest!
Take your Litter Home
Save the Woodland Haggis
Never a truer word - a danger to all wildlife and a prime example of the laziness and ignorance of mankind. Perhaps one of the biggest curses on the natural world. The wee ones don’t stand a chance. I have seen these creatures for sale in supermarkets having been “despatched” by plastic bag and are sold still wrapped in the object of their ending. Why why why?
Heartbreaking to see these poor little chaps tangled up with plastic. Down with litter!
A massive threat to all the beautiful creatures not just the elusive haggis in search of its clan tartan...
This isn't just about the elusive creature.
What a tragedy to mistake plastic for nesting tartan.
I suspect that this was made very far from tongue-in-cheek.
Since Scotland gave the right to roam, some very popular areas have become open latrines and "dumping areas" for general litter and discarded camping euipment.
How do you get to Tongue-in-Cheek?...
Oh no :( Definitely no to any rubbish / pollution.
There's a moose loose aboot ma hoose 🐁🏴
@@hashburystumble8808 it was a haggis the hole time
Burns night not a good time for the wild mountain haggis.
We have to stop eating them! 😥😭
Humans cause so many problems with littering. Ban the plastic bag and help save these incredible creatures, the Haggis. People must be accountable for their actions.
Both funny and poignant. Well done.
Impose a Tariff on Plastic Bags!
What do they do with the legs?
Sorry I pished once. 😔
❤
ODE TO THE HAGGIS.
On moor and bray and craggy fen
By burn and wind struck hill
Away, away from Lairds and men
Where crashing falls to waters still
By God’s own mountains vast
O Highland’s toward heaven rise
O lead me Lord mine eyes to cast
And behold with innocent surprise
A flock of Haggis beauteous beasts
O gentle creatures side by side
Mere treated as a chance for feasts
Sinless bearers of Scotland’s pride.
Yet again we ignore the advice of past generations... The medieval world knew the dangers of plastic in the environment, and we now get to us and we just leave trails of rubbish to endanger the wildlife of our fabulous countryside 🤷
Aye...plastic is the problem for the haggis...no cats or wildcats...if anyone's listening to the SNP!. Cats aren't destroying the haggis...pick up your plastic bags!.
Are you a cat?

Don't be a sack end ! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 that's brilliant oh and don't pess all over the forest 👍🤗🫶🙌🇬🇧
Humans = litter unfortunately
If Trumps sanctions and tariffs hit Scotland,we must stand up against him to protect our indigenous creatures.Imagine what might happen if we ever find a way to bring back our Unicorn,we were the last country where it roamed free.
