    i personally think think that us visa depends on luck and the mood of the visa officers! for some,they issue visa even without asking questions or within 10 second and for some they reject even without asking any questions.words.

    I will genuinely reply you sir, these days nobody pay extra money on getting mock interview or similar, everyone want to grab opportunity in free of cost or at cheap expenses.
    I am confirm now, it's not luck, interview is how you Impress counsellor or make them understand that you (see below)
    1.are rich enough to afford your education and give revenue to US Govt.
    2.will be patriotic person, at any cost you will live and die in your country.
    3.will not snatch opportunity of US locals.
    4.will not do any misdeeds on the name of student visa.
    Last but not least, you have only education purpose, will come back soon after your education.

    Plus your university in which you are planing to study also very important high ranking universities and expensive universities have high visa approval rates plus your answers are also important

    And yes usa visa more then 50% on your luck no doubt about it

    A MS in Canada moves you towards a PR and persistent high income but no glory, a MS in USA will move you into debt, a small burst of high income, but a lot of glory... Choose wisely depending on whether you want to earn long term or just break even. A MS in US is like a tourist visa because you can break even in 3 years, but you learn a lot, a MS in Canada is a earning visa because you can immigrate there and work indefinitely.

      Your most bank statement should be recent. You may also need to show funds going back several months.
      At a bare minimum, your latest statement should not be more than 90 days old. Remember, the whole point of showing it is to prove liquid funds you’re going to use to pay for your education.
      An old statement may raise suspicion on your liquidity, and could negatively affect your chances of getting a visa.

      Consulars are very strict,don't give them reason for you not to go back to your home country coz F1 is about studies.....and one thi g about Americans is that they don't want to get the impression that you as an immigrant you're going to be a burden in their country.
      So for loans i guess its prudent not to mention that part,just be smart and look for a reasonable answer to the source of funds apart from loan

    I filled my ds 160 form And electronically signed and submitted it but just before the Final 'next confirmation ' they showed a session time out so Again when I retrieved my application , signed in , they directly took me to the confirmation page with that unique barcode. So I didn't really get the chance to click that next confirmation option. So shall I consider , since I got my ds160 confirmation they have recieved my all my data in their system?

    This is a very informative video. But I am not able to formulate a convincing answer when the officer asks me why did you change your course from electronics to computer science?
    FYI- I completed my bachelors degree in electronics and communication engineering and I’m looking to pursue ms in cs. Please help me with this answer.
    Also i have one sibling who is currently doing his masters. I had to mention this information in my DS 160 application. What if they ask me about my plan after graduation along with my sibling?

    If an F2 Visa applicant suffers from breast cancer and has to prevent from reengagement by post treatment specific safety procedures, would this clarification alongside with an official letter authorized by her oncologist in first country, be a reputable evidence that she will not try to change her Visa to F1 at US, since her major is chemistry?
    Will this illustration persuade the officer?

    Impeccable knowledge sharing and presentation.
    My Visa was denied in December 2022. In my earlier DS-160, i stated i have a relative in the US (though it wasn't asked during my interview). Can i change that in my new DS-160 form to "i have no relative living in the US"? ......and will it affect me in my interview this year? If yes, in what way?

    • @maanasungbawierajoshuamorg8108
      @maanasungbawierajoshuamorg8108 Год назад

      There must some level of consistency on the part of any relative in the US, you can say No provided you made a mistake earlier but if you have a relative there you would have to indicate it. Always remember they will compare your previous information with your next DS-160 information

    • @greencardEZ
      @greencardEZ  Год назад +1

      Yes, change it. If it comes up in your interview, you can explain that you had accidentally selected the wrong option previously.
      PS: Thanks for the kind words.

    Hello !
    I was planning to go to United States on F1 visa. Due to the delays of appointments, It will me delay start of classes. I am thinking that it can affect my visa approval due to those delays of Visa Appointment date while classes have started.
    My question is , if I change from Fall to spring so that Visa Appointment date could be without delays , do you think it can affect my visa approval due to the change of semester?

      Hi Jyoti,
      Don't worry. If you can effectively communicate your plans - how this university's program helps you succeed - you can still convince the Visa officer to grant you a Visa. If you have any following up questions, please ask them in our community: greencardez.com/discussions
