A beginners step by step guide to creating wet felted soap

In this video you will learn how to create a wet felted soap. These are very quick and easy to make and are perfect project to make with children. The process is very tactile and wet felted soaps can be made with the most basic materials and equipment for example good quality soap, merino wool, old tights, warm water and washing up detergent.
Wet felted soaps after use become woollen panels and are great for removing grime from skin and exfoliating. They make a lovely gift or are perfect to use yourself.

Thank you for this lovely well explained tutorial. I''ll definitely be having a go. I think it would be good to cut the ingredients panel off the soap and attach to the bottom if selling at craft fairs just in case of any sensitivities. It will definitely make a great gift ☺
