Man, that's a great collection. I'm not a big fan of the dell cartoon/ funny animal stuff but all the other esoteric type of books is what I'm always on the hunt for. Thanks for sharing.
Gr8 find's MBA AKA Brian... Not to mention you scored this haul in my neck of the woods...lol...😂 Indiana born and raised... Can't wait to see what else was in this find... Awesome find's you certainly have a amazing collection... Lots of fantastic items in Indiana... Stay safe...👍💕🔥⚾😷
@@mr.buysalot lol...😂 That's funny buddy... My girlfriend's tired of our place looking like an antique/flea market lol...😂 I actually rent the garage where we live and it's a huge school bus garage... I do need to thin out my collection... I have some pretty cool collectable's and a wide variety... Stay safe my guy...👍💕🔥⚾😷
Thanks for watching. We sold these plus the pulps and another group of 5 longboxes of comics so far and got our investment back so now the rest of the truckload is the profit but will be Longtail work for the profit
7:28 Several of those Gene Autry Comics are early ones and rather scarce, I believe the Number 11 there is the first Dell issue of Gene Autry Comic continued from Fawcett Comics, (and according to Overstreet a 5.5 edition of Gene Autry Issue 1 would go for something closer to $1000.00 and at 2.0 it would go for $428.00 so that buyer actually got it for a bargain at $500.00.) Although IMHO a large number the the comics in those boxes would be more Atomic Age (1946 to mid 1950's) than Golden Age (1938-1945) But still some of those are beauties and I'd probably buy about thirty to fifty of them if I could, :-) But I can't right now. :-( Anyways some great finds and keep on hunting. :-)
