What a sad state of affairs that 2 people who were once in love cannot solve their custody problems without legal defense!

i like jeff but he missed the deeper concept. it should not be that you're embarrassed to voice your petty concerns in a public courtroom, it should be that you realize you are being so petty & silly over inconsequential issues, be the hero, let the dumb stuff go, & actually dedicate your efforts in getting along, be giving, & really think about what matters to the child & act accordingly. the child sees, hears & internalizes everything their parents say & do.
Very well said. The universe was trying to deliver a message to him, but he misinterpreted it and made it about his own pride. He could have taken the opportunity to be grateful for his own fortune and for the fact that Monroe has two parents that love her. He definitely missed the mark.

I was a big fan; but I'm very disappointed in how Jeff has handled this situation.
I used to think this guy was kind of amusingly egomaniacal . He has devolved into a truly awful human being.
If that child was not his biologically his, he would let her go with Gage in a second and never look back. That little girl is nothing but another ego trip for him.

Remember Monroe lives Gage as much as she loved you . So don’t hurt her.
Gage doesn’t loves Monroe enough to not nick pick, keep her from the grandparents at Christmas, take her home on time, not take her out of the area without informing Jeff, stalling court proceedings, and on, and on.
Perspective is good when you think you have big problems people with less resources have nothing, and are on survival mode because of abuse and much bigger a problems.

robin rizzo wait so what’s your point? My comment was about how he’s consistently putting Gage down but we don’t ever seem to hear anything from Gage - unless it’s slipped my view. It’s not fair him to use his radio show as a platform to tear down Gage under the illusion of just informing everybody about their situation. Further, I don't believe he heard anything about a child protection case as the general public is not allowed in the courtroom when such cases are being heard.

Wth is a private judge? If you have tons of money you can pay for a DIFFERENT judge than the rest of us see? He thought he was really doing something but imo he sounded like a big ole douche bag. My opinion of Jeff just took a nosedive.
Yes, both parties and their attorneys have to agree on the judge. The private judge is extremely expensive, for instance, $2,000 per one day is not unusual.

If Jeff wasn't the biological father I doubt if it would matter to him at all. I don't recall if it was ever revealed who is the biological father.
