Personally man, you ain't wrong here - Mirage isn't perfect, it's not a return to AC1-4/Unity, but it _is_ an absolute banger, with a solid narrative, _fun_ gameplay (even the Hold X/A Parkour!) and a combat system that actively encourages stealth, but holds up and feels like the OG Counter Kill system, giving you that feeling that Basim is, legitimately, _fucking terrifying in a fight._ Not to mention, bringing back the One-shot hidden blade, as it should be!
I also love that, regardless of if you played Valhalla or not, you actually _get something_ out of the story - if you've played it, you know what happened with Basim, if not, now you've got a reason! it's a good jumping off point for one of the new games!

Honestly hadn’t heard of identity, as far as jade no thoughts on it. I purposely cut myself off from pre release info from basically any and all games, although for you I’ll give it the old google…oh, well that sounds terrible. I really only care about red because I was told it’ll be in Japan which does really excite me

As far as I’m aware it started as a dlc for Valhalla, but became its own title. Best thing they’ve released in years
