When you train, you should be pushing yourself the your limit. The only time you shouldn’t is when your nursing an injury (what I hope this commercial was getting at) to many people are gonna see this and think “ oh it’s ok to just do 50 % on all exercise and that’ll be good” no it won’t. Push for the gold medal don’t be a pussy.
