Man I remember when that Avante was originally released it was like Tamiya got a hold of some Alien technology lol It was so different. Both buggies are BAD ASS!!!
@@evanbox1618 not sure on the specs sorry, i just bought the cheapest orange motor i could find to match the decals, i can tell you that a 17.5 brushless with a 3cell lipo feels a little over powered for such an old school car and i have only run it a handfull of times like this, its mainly a shelf queen, also im only running a 3cell lipo because non of my 2cell lipos will fit the egrees or avante, a 13.5 on 2cell might be a better option for example

Thanks buddy, using a 17.5 3s lipo in both with a hobbywing extreme stock esc, pinion is a 21 i in both i think.

Which is best handling wise?
hard to say, i haven't really driven them off road much, on road the Avante seems to be able to put the power down easier with its center diff.
