Let's not forget that the Oscar nominations are still more than a month away and so much can happen from now to then. Jesse Plemmons and Jessie Buckley were nominated last year after only showing up at BAFTA first. Penélope Cruz and Judi Dench did not show up in a single of the big precursors before getting their Oscar nominations. Lady Gaga and Batriona Balfe showed up in every precursor and were both ultimately snubbed on Oscar morning. And, before you look too closely into a film missing Editing, let's remember CODA won Best Picture last year, breaking every single stat. The precursors give us clues, but a lot can still happen from now to Oscar nomination morning (and we'll have to see what clues the Guilds and the Baftas give us)...

RRR getting 5 nominations is huge for us, Now anyone cannot doubt rrr for all the major awards to get Nominated & win a few & I think score & cinematography category also needs to build up for rrr as it's really good & with each awards rrr is building it's momentum. I love it! Such great cinematography and scene blocking! It legitimately seems a tier above any large scale Hollywood production values (LotR and Dune being the exceptions, but those are fantasy worlds, which are a bit different). La mas famosa que trata de los desaparecidos es "La historia oficial" de 1986 que ganó el primer de los Oscars que recibió mi país hasta ahora. El 2do fue por "El secreto de sus ojos" de 2009. Wow RRR I need to watch this. Have to ask about song. You guys kinda implied Carolina got a nod only because 1/3 people are fans. It may not win of course, but have you actually listened to the song? The song needs to complement the movie in the best way. Hold my hand could essentially be placed at the end of any action movie & not miss a beat. I can totally see it at the end of Armageddon. Lift me Up isnt a good song but has sympathy votes. You know on Carolina they only used instruments from the 1950’s or prior just to make it sound like the time of the movie. I doubt it will win but it’s not there simply because she is popular. It is lyrically spectacular & it complements the movie perfectly.

I can see a few things that could potentially happen this awards season.
    - Colin Farrell could possibly win Best Actor. I think he’s winning Best Actor Comedy at GG, maybe could win CC. I can see it as a boost for him to win despite Brendan Fraser being the favorite to win.
    - If Claire Foy misses SAG and BAFTA what if she could be a surprise nominee for Supporting Actress and take someone’s spot. Like Maggie Gyllenhaal in Crazy Heart, Marina de Tavira in Roma and Judi Dench in Belfast.
    - A neck and neck race for Original Screenplay between Everything Everywhere All At Once or The Banshees of Inisherin. I’ll be happy with either winning, I have a feeling it could be Three Billboards VS Get Out again.

Its really a dumb move to put Michelle Williams in Lead. She could have swept Supporting Awards and will pull the movie towars the awards season.. This is dissappointing for The Fabelmans.. EEAAO is getting everywhere and could pull a possible win for Michelle Yeoh and Key Huy Kwan.. In supporting Actress, Angela Basset could pull a win but Dolly De Leon could have a possible win with a great campaining for a triangle of sadness.. For lead actor, Collin Ferrel and Austin Butler are getting more hyped now than Brendan and Bill Nighy who are also 1st time noms.. If Tom Cruise wins Critics.. I would assume he can have his 4th Oscar Nods.. If he could be a supporting for that, he could win it..
