I’m literally looking at trucks on Monday. This helped me ALOT! I wish you the best. Keep up the good word.. keep us with videos.. especially for us newbies .. all the “basics” from how to use a wench, straps. Whatever. It may seem useless to you but to a lot of people that don’t KNOW, you’d be helping ALOT.. I wish you the best.
Yo that’s exciting man ! I’m happy this video helped you 🙏🏽 I’m still learning everyday as well so I’ll continue to bring y’all along the journey 🫡
If you get in that situation where you need to switch to 4 wheel drive on a hill, just set your parking brake in neutral and use your trailer brake a little if you're still slipping and then make the switch. Keeps everything internally free and still keeps you secure on the road.
Appreciate that info !
Thanks so much! Pick up my first hotshot load on Friday. Never pulled a flatbed before. So you definitely helping me!
Congratulations brother I wish you much success. Happy I’m helping in your journey 🙏🏽

✊🏽💯
Great video. When picking up reels like that are we supposed to have to lumber bracing or do they supply it. Trying to plan ahead for situations like this
They supplied the bracing at this shipper but it’s good to ask them before hand Just in case
@@anthonydterry thanks a lot. Been following you for a min now. Trying to get things squared away to jump into this industry myself. Hopefully DOT passes my truck since I have no def tank. It can pass everything else haha . Keep up the hard work bro . Look forward to another video .
@@williamwatson2670 appreciate that man ! Once you pass I’ll be looking forward to seeing you on the road 💪🏾
How is the name for that tube for pas the chain
Hey that thing you used to pull the chains through the hole in the middle, is that yours or did they have it there for you to use?
The shipper supplied it
How do u know where to put them weights ? I can’t figure it out I am always heavy on the drive axel or trailer axel 🤔
Majority of my loads I have loaded right in front of the trailer axles. I mainly keep the weight on the trailer axles.
@@anthonydterry okay got you. Thanks
I know this kinda personal but what insurance you use progressive doesn’t do container
Progressive for my personal insurance not commercial.
Can you tell me which way to go tell me a couple or one you would use
