I know people use real ones, but I've always been afraid an aphid will escape out from the rose and onto the strawberry. Awwkkkk!!!

Thank you Brandon! Great question the flavor of the melting agents are undetectable which is great, although the flakes are made from oil it is flavorless in the chocolate

Hi why you add vodka with the gold dust but not the other dust?
The dry brushing she does to add a pearlescent sheen. It doesn’t give a full coverage. The gold she adds the vodka to because she’s using it like a paint that she wants full coverage with.
This video says 110 degrees but in the other video it was 86 degrees. Which is it? Both showed her showing the temperature of the chocolate that was used to dip strawberries.
Hello Sonia! Different chocolate brands have different compositions and tempering methods, which is why temperatures vary🤗 This demonstration uses Sweet Tooth Fairy and paramount crystals/EZ thins as the thinning agent. Since the crystals melt at 110 degrees, wait for chocolate to cool to 95 for dipping 🍫🍓 86 is the idealdipping temperature for merckens, however I don't recommend paramount crystals as the thinning agent for Merckens since it is more delicate than Sweet Tooth Fairy (sweet tooth fairy can withstand higher temperatures to melt the crystals) Depending on the brand you work with, I compare all the different temperatures for the different treats including berries in this video, as well as an easy to follow guide in my ebook in my Etsy shop💕➡️ ruclips.net/video/MmoDVWzsHpc/видео.htmlsi=8-yXdjrjwu768Gqj
