They are plastic welded on from the back, so they have to be cut/dremeled off. Here’s an example part #: 51417315331. Google that to see what I’m talking about. To reinstall, you basically need a new one so you can melt the plastic tabs back down onto the door panel. Shouldn’t be too hard if you have the right tools.
