I was traumatized with this quest just because how convincing and creepy Andrew's voice was, his talent is very commendable. a HUGE respect to this man 💖
Knowing he was Khaenri'ahn(by the eyes and 8-pointed star) made it really hard to be too judgmental of how convincingly creepy he was because, if he was indeed a human who was centuries old and incapable of dying while also being in constant pain from the curse(like Dain) then it's understandable that me might not be all there anymore. I was constantly stuck between discomfort and sympathy the whole time and it was a beautiful thing. He had so much personality! ^-^

oh my god I'm so happy to see this 🥹 I know it's easy to meme about Chlothar (though I didn't even understand the pointing meme for so long lol, I was so confused), but I cannot stress enough how utterly _moved_ I was by him and this quest, and your utterly _phenomenal_ voice acting is such a huge part of that. It's creepy, unnerving, sometimes funny, but mostly absolutely HEARTWRENCHING and it completely shattered me to pieces the first time I played, and every time I think about this quest and him, particularly the part where he's begging for help from the statue of the seven, and whenever he's talking to Caribert. It's SO devastating, and to this day I still believe this is one of the best written quests Genshin has had, and Chlothar one of the best characters, despite how little we saw of him. I hope we get to see another flashback of him one day somehow, just so we can hear more of his voice from you 😭💖 Thank you for going above and beyond with him, oh my god; for freaking me out and making me cry in the best way possible lmao

I FLIPPING KNEW IT!” I play the Chinese version but I listen to the English version to compare translations and I was BLOWN AWAY by your performance in this! Can’t wait for Boothill in T-a few hours!

Clothar/Eide was, probably, one the best, if not THE best, NPC in the game, to date. A lot of that is due to your performance. Again, I'm sure you've heard this a lot, but bro, you did not have to go THAT hard with the performance! But we're all glad you did! The level of nuance you put into the performance and line delivery is ASTOUNDING! They really need to hire you to voice a playable character.
Now that we know this entire interlude quest takes place in the past it’s rather clever. The traveller (taking place of the sibling) knows it’s Nahida but they cleverly don’t say if this takes place in the “original timeline” where the Dendro archon was Greater lord then Nahida or if this takes place in the “altered timeline” where Nahida has always been the Dendro archon. As Clothar clearly DOESNT CARE who the 7 are and only demands the “Dendro archon” help because he has no other choice (but Nahida is trapped at this point so even if she hates to help she probably couldnt).
I played this qust not long ago, It was interesting, and ended on a shocking plot twist. And YUP, it had weird lines, then again the guy lived for centuries so no wonder he has brain issues. One thing I wished I could tell Eide the npc when he was trying to seek The Archon from the statue, and it's (SPOILERS TO THE QUEST) Nahida is currently trapped by her people and unable to reach you. Otherwie she probably would have helped you.

i was shocked tbh by the eng sub. i knew they were ok, but due to bad anime dub experiences and the jp va's i already knew, i wasnt expecting much out of them. however, i did know of tara strong, so i knew that eng va can be good, i just never had seen it, until genshin. the range of genshin eng va's is strong and its interesting learning the other stuff they were in. if eng va's (in general) had a strong community/fanbase, i would of known that they are just as good as all the jp va's
