Cyberpanel is better option. They work with those mail sending services. But currently Orcale cloud is not providing port 25. You have to get server from paid providers. You can check the article for more information.

Big thumbs down on Oracle for so many different reasons. 1. No reverse DNS 2. Website is total chaos 3. No support 4. bad knowledge base 5. slow DNS propagation times 6. Use of pam authentication 7. No root login details 8. Default passwords that they dont you about 9. No port 25 many more reasons to run away from Oracle. Big Nightmare.

You have to get server from another provider. Check the article you can find cheapest Servers providers.

You can create many email users here but you can't install SMTP server more than once.
I have created Oracle account 9th month of 2021 ! Does the port 25 is blocked for me?

Who is the VPS provider? If it is Oracle, they no longer offer port 25 (SMTP). You have to use another provider.

Oracle Blocks 25 Port by default. how you get enabled?

Yes. Now Oracle cloud blocked port 25. You have to use premium VPS. All steps are correct in this video.

You can use private IP address to connect/communicate between servers in your account.

This effect for new users only. Old users can continue using port 25. Please find an alternative VPS provide. Check out the Article.
@@minextuts All you have to do if you are a new user is make an extra port then edit that port to say 25 that's what I did and it works fine.
