Troubleshooting
1. You're not fully authenticated
We were not able to check your DKIM signature
chmod 644 /www/server/dkim/domain.com/default.private
/etc/init.d/rspamd restart
Replace domain.com with your domain.
2. Your resverse DNS does not match with your sending domain
Be sure your reverse DNS matches with your hostname. Also, your MX mail server DNS should match with your hostname.
3. I can't receive an email.
Replace _dmarc value with v=spf1 a mx ip6:IPV6Address ip4:IPV4Address -all
Change the IPV6Address and IPV4Address with your server’s IPv6 and IPv4 respectively.
4. aaPanel does not use SSL itself.
Go to Settings - Toggle off Panel SSL and Toggle back on

Now I got an email from Contabo to one of my users emails says message could not be delivered and my IP is blacklisted I was just starting to warm my domain up with Mystrika. Is this error because of Mystrika or is it from Contabo and its assigned IP address (blacklisted IP)???

Absolutely. You can also create WP sites in aaPanel. As long as you properly configure your smtp relay using aaPanel's. Also given that your server allows sending emails at port 25. Otherwise use port 587.
what about reverse DNS ? otherwise most maisl will go to spam if you use it for cold email i think ? is it possible to setup reverse DNS lookup record in cloudlfare?
Reverse dns should be configured in your server. I don't think it's possible in cloudflare.
If we setup in such a way, why we cannot receive an attachments from gmail for example? Also, having standard ports open in Linux server 25, 110 for example, it may cause a security issue.
Which webmail/email client are you using? You should use port 587 instead of 25.
This error - need help! Some cloud vendors (such as Google, Amazon) close port 25 by default, and you need to contact the vendor to open port 25 before you can use the post office service normally

Can you check you log files? If it still persists, try using Ubuntu 20.04.

aapanel is good. But for cold email marketing, I suggest a stand-alone mail server like iredmail and mailcow. I have a tutorial here on my channel. If you want a setup service, you can contact me on my telegram.

No, you don't need those. You can use its smtp relay to be able to send using thunderbird or other mail clients.

Go to Mail Server > Domain List and choose your domain > User and you'll find your SMTP relays

I'm currently doing 5000 emails per day. Contabo allows you to increase your outbound emails as long as you don't spam. I using this method for b2b cold emails.

Yes but you need to warmup your emails first.

Hi, not sure if I'll get an answer but I have two questions:
1: Does this setup require that you Warm Up the IP/Server? meaning do you have to send small amounts over time to build a reputation with ISPs, google, yahoo and such?
2: Why only 35k? Surely if its your own server you can send unlimited emails? Is this a restriction placed on you through the hosting? Contabo?

2. Contabo has limits. And I agree with this to protect their server. You can request to increase your limits. This is subject to their approval.

You need to go to your vps and change your reverse dns to your mail server hostname. Some vps might want you to submit request to change rdns for you.

Hi, it depends on your server. For this method I'm using contabo vps with 25 email/minute limit. But if you want unlimited go for racknerd vps. I have made a tutorial on that one on my chanel. Also there's knownhost that can send up to 60 emails/minute but you have to request to open port 25 for you.

Sorry to hear that. You can try to warmup your emails first to build reputation. Also be sure to check your IP if it's not on the blocklist.

What's your score on mail-tester? Have you waited for at least 24 hours for the DNS to propagate? Also check your DKIM value if it is correctly added.

It depends on what email client you are using.

I'm not sure what you meant. You can use other DNS provider aside from cloudflare.

Hi, this method is limited to 1 domain because you need to add a reverse dns per ip. The solution for this is to purchase additional ip.

Hi, what's the value of your MX? It should not return a 404 unless you change your panel address for the first time. MX has nothing to do with the 404.
You need to contact Vultr to open their port 25 for you. By default, they closed their port 25 to prevent spam. Port 25 is used for sending outbound emails.

Yes you can use Mautic together with your mail server and website. I suggest before sending out mass mail, you should at least warmup your IP and domain. If Contabo's verification took long, you should contact their support. In my experience they setup my VPS within 2 hours.

It depends on the severity of the blacklist. For instance uceprotect blocks some upstream providers and if users want their ips delisted, uceprotect wants an upfront payment.

You can't do that in one gulp. You need to spread your emails throughout the day. Contabo has 25 emails/minute limit.
