- I'm back with more #Damned25... my year-long PERIOD MODELS ONLY playthrough of every Warband in Games Workshop's GRIMDARK Classic... Mordheim. That's right... I'm gonna smoke the whole pack on this one.
Today I'm joined by Shawn Lazaros and his lovely Undead Warband made from the modern Underworlds range.
A HUGE thank you to everone that reached out about DAMNED25 so far. I haven't been able to get back to everyone but we've pretty much completed the search for Cardstock Terrain thanks to Barry Faith! A massive thanks to Chris Medalis who donated his old BOX that you see in this episode and also to Shaun Madgwick who just up and made a wicked looking new Intro and Graphics set for it totally unasked that blew me away.
To anyone that reached out that I didn't get back to, THANK YOU. I took a stab at answering everyone once the stuff had been found but It keeps getting buried as the inbox fills up and I'm sure I missed some people. You're all AMAZING and I'm so excited that folks thought this project was fun.

Watching these matches, I have to wonder how I could have done so terribly with my Undead back in highschool... Undead are pretty great.
You forget that Ash suffers from the curse of Horrible Dice Rolling. So it makes the Undead look really tough.

Take a shot every time Ash says "march blocked". Damn, I'm drunk.
Shower thought: in reference to your talk about wargame company's using big IPs to make wargames, maybe the 'Halo' game is a model other companies will take forward.
Halo uses the same uses as Deadzone, which means the Halo IP can be used to attract people to the game, and even when the license is used up Mantic will still be able to produce product and so the game will not die.
By using existing game rules Mantic can gain the benefits of using a new IP but still grow their game, and avoid the big drop that happens when the license ends.
I don't like watching you suffer, Ash! I just really like it when the undead do well...
Hopefully the warband rating is giving Ash a real boost

Vampires have two attacks normally. So if armed with two weapons, they'd get three attacks.
It didn't seem to matter lol
